Winery is on a private road so you’re have to pay attention to directions. No cell signal here! But, they have Wi-Fi which requires you to sign into Facebook(if you have it). Picked up a bottle of Bianco Bello @ $ 22. Great price for a very drinkable white. Very friendly staff. Worth a visit.

Shae was great, the wines were amazing(we joined the club and bought five bottles), this is a definite win! We’ve been exploring the area and this is hands down our favorite winery! They told us about pizza/band night… You bring your own pizza ingredients and they fire it in their brick oven manned by a professional pizza dude. They also happened to have Kaleigh Baker playing tonight. They said, «she sounds like Adele.» No, this girl isn’t Adele, she’s her own greatness!!! This place has definitely solidified its place in our have-to-visit file.

Love this place! This place has awesome wine that is very modestly priced and we have so much fun! Nothing pretentious just great people and owners looking to enjoy some great wine. Love the live music, have heard some really talented people there from Teddy Baker to Tommy Joe Connor. Lastly, the Grotto is such a cool space and the pizza oven is great because on those days we don’t have to leave to grab a bite to eat! Again, Love this place!

I’m not a big fan of wines being selected for me during my tasting but Serenity gave you a great mix. I believe when I went 3/whites 3/reds and 2/sweet. I really love the port like wine that had chocolate in it. I’m not a big chocolate fan but WOW! Based on other vineyards in the area I thought they were a little bit higher of a price point, not as expensive as Yonah but more then many others. We did walk out with several bottles of wine and a wine club membership however in looking at my receipt I was charged for the tasting despite buying wine and committing to buy several other throughout the year, which I felt was a little bit greedy and in poor taste considering I’m a member of several others and the money went towards the purchase of the wines or not charged for at all. That’s why I gave it a 3 Star vs 4 or 5.

Last stop of the day for our wine Wednesday tour. It’s was a cute little building. Small vineyard next to the building. It didn’t look like it was a actually vineyard where they made the wine more of a tasting room. The inside was a mix between a tasting bar and gift shop. We tried five of their wines. I wasn’t thrilled with anything they had but it was fun.

We did enjoy this winery however I must admit a little disappointed. The reviews were great as were recommendations from other local wineries. Apparently the owner is the wine maker for a few other wineries. My husband & I found the wines just ok. We did purchase one dessert wine to our surprise as we typically are not fans. The staff & owner were kind and sweet we were just disappointed in the wine. Ok atmosphere however others around the area were nicer. I’d suggest checking out once but we probably wouldn’t go back.

The winery itself is beautiful. Sparse, but the view from the top of the hill is nice. Everything else? Subpar. We were greeted by who I’m assuming is the owner. He asked us if we were interested in a tasting, and we said of course. He started to pour. Completely non-personable. We tried to engage him and make conversations, share our tastes in wine to give him an idea of which might interest us, etc. He was incredibly smug and even snobby about the wine. My group was by no means experts, and I assume most people aren’t, so we appreciate someone who is able to communicate politely and not seem to roll is eyes when asked what«cigar box» refers to in a wine’s flavor profile. None of the wines were very good, and all were overpriced. $ 20+. The WORST part? We were individually charged for the tasting, even though we purchased wine we felt obligated to buy. He didn’t tell us, «the tasting is $ 7.95, by the way.» Nothing. Just slipped it in with the total for the wine. NEVER made any mention of it. As we were leaving the parking lot(only employees parked there at the time) a gentleman who works there came flying behind me in his work truck. I was already backing up, but he couldn’t bear to wait 15 more seconds. Rude people, horrible taste, and overpriced. Would not recommend.

It’s a quaint little winery here with a new building that makes it look very Northern Italy type of style. Not much of a view but they do have a great outdoor patio to sit and hang out. The wines here are definitely above average. I’d give them 4 out of 5 stars on the wine alone. The two kids working the bar were quick and could give an accurate description of the wine although I’m not sure they are going to be any wine expert knowledge flowing from them. Not to sound like a snob because I know little about wine but I like learning new things when I go to wineries and these two were just unprepared to answer any extensive questions about the wine itself. Overall I think you’d definitely enjoy coming here. It’s certainly worth the stop.

A visit yesterday with friends — sunny, fall afternoon that was perfect to enjoy some local wine and superb music. Tasting room was almost filled and wine was flowing. Music by Tommy Joe Conner was perfect!

This is a beautiful little quaint winery in Georgia. So welcoming, wine tastings are fairly priced, and didn’t feel any pressure to buy anything(though we did). It’s a small place, but welcoming and very well decorated, and sometimes have live music outside

This is the BEST winery on the Unicoi Wine Trail. I received tickets for the wine trail as a gift(best gift ever). Each winery I went to had something to offer at least one person out of the group; however, Serenity has something for everyone! You can sit outside under umbrellas and listen to live music or sit inside and enjoy each others company. The staff and owners are EXTREMELY friendly! Their wine is SO delicious. I ended up buying a bottle of their Majestic(must try) and sitting outside. Groups of friends that showed up that day stayed for hours and guest were talking to each other like old friends. Some people even brought their dogs. Needles to say I never even made it to the last winery.

One of the highlights on the Unicoi Wine Trail, Serenity Cellars tasting room has great wine, beautiful views, a personable & unpretentious winemaker & staff. The Tuscan style tasting room has a fireplace for those chilly days and there is also outdoor seating for those pleasant sunshine mountain days. Live music on an outdoor stage is always good and entertaining. There are a lot of talented musicians in these mountains. Lots of nice gift items(yes I buy myself gifts!) in the tasting room and some tasty noshes in Tina’s Amore Corner, all at reasonable prices. Highly recommend this boutique winery.

This is a fantastic winery! Nestled on a ridge of Mount Yonah, amidst a beautiful landscape of tress and grapevines, is this brand new Tuscany style vineyard with a beautiful tasting room, patio, piazza, stage for bands, and the most delicious wines. The winemakers are so friendly and so knowledgeable about their product, grapes all over the world, and wines in general. Stop by Serenity Cellars whenever you’re in or around the Helen, GA area. You won’t be disappointed!
