You need a reason to go to Two Ravens? I will give you several. It’s risk free to try. The equipment is provided so you can make sure you love it before you invest in your own.(You WILL love it.) Lessons are one on one so you get personalized attention. Coach Stone will work on your strengths and weaknesses. He is even patient with me, a girl who is a bit uncoordinated and has never been sporty. It’s the sport for people who don’t like sports AND the people who do. It is an amazing workout. Lots of cardio and lunges and you won’t even notice you are working out. It relieves stress. Nothing like stabbing people after a long day at work. Meet cool people. Nothing like hanging out with a group of people that are at once smart and silly. No one takes themselves too seriously so this is the kind of place you can come fence and not have to feel like you have to be perfect. And if you get into a side conversation about whether a ninja or a jedi would win in a sword fight, well that’s just a side benefit. It’s FUN! But don’t take my word for it. You have to come and try it yourself. Come see why«it’s just that kind of fencing club.»

Two Ravens Fencing School is a small fencing club/school run by Coach Brian Stone. I absolutely love the location of this place — it is in a old converted warehouse, and it is just plain cool — almost exactly what I visualize in my mind when I think about a fencing school! They do a lot of Épée work and some sabre work. A great place to go and meet like minded people, and an amazing place to get a couple of lessons in fencing and be able to bout!
