Vic’s Floral Inc

Very disappointed with this arrangement. Ordered through Teleflora and added a $ 4.99 «congratulations» balloon. It was for a woman’s retirement. This ugly balloon is what she got. They were given a full days notice and should have paid more attention to the details. Not worth the $ 54.94 I spent on it.

I received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers from Vic’s on Tuesday. My co-​workers must’ve looked this place up in order to order me local flowers to the Cleveland Clinic. The flowers were so pretty that I thought they were fake. Also, they smell great. What in most pleased about, besides the color, is that these flowers are outlasting the other 4 that I received. I didn’t get a good picture, but I can’t wait to show it to the co-​worker that put the order in anyway. I would recommend them. I’m very pleased. It helps with a week of being in the hospital. Thank you

I saw an arrangement from Vic’s that was delivered to D’Angelo restaurant in Twinsburg. I had just received the same arrangement from a florist in Aurora. The one delivered from Vic’s was HORRIBLE — I felt so bad for the people who sent it and expected it to look like the photo. The roses were tiny and dead — they used lots of baby’s breath as filler and there was nothing on the top of the arrangement. SAD LOOKING. On the other hand, the one I had delivered had giant white flowers and huge red roses — there was a gorgeous big bow that trailed down the sides of it and it looked better than the online picture. I would hate for anyone to be embarrassed by ordering something from Vic’s.

We live out of the area so we’re unable to see the flowers that we ordered. My niece loved them and she sent a photo of them. It was more than expected. Also want to say that Noone answered the door on first attempt of delivery so they had to go by a second time. They are good people.

My husband and I stopped in to discuss flower arrangements for our upcoming wedding back in January. Gina was very accommodating and agreed to talk with us even though we dropped in kind of unannounced and the shop appeared busy. She gave us some great ideas and within hours she called back to give us a finalized estimate. We decided to order our wedding flowers from Vic’s, which included about a dozen boutonnieres, a few small floral pieces for the wedding table, and a large central arrangement for the wedding table.
The boutonnieres were simple but well-​made and exactly what we wanted. The main centerpiece was also beautiful and incorporated all the ideas we had discussed with Gina. The Vic’s staff assembled the main centerpiece on-​site at our wedding venue and even made the arrangement to account for my shorter height at the wedding table!
All-​in-​all, we couldn’t have been happier with the flowers we received and the professionalism of the staff.
