Upon walking into Cleves Drive Inn tonight we were warmly greeted by Nick Kurlis, the owner, who stopped to tell us enthusiastically about each of the specials. It was great to see an owner who was so excited about the food that their restaurant was serving. We were then seated in the restaurants new addition. I ordered a chicken finger basket and hand dipped ice cream soda. My chicken fingers were cooked perfectly and served with a tasty sweet and sour sauce. The ice cream soda was absolutely delicious. Nick appeared in the dining room several times asking guests if they were enjoying their meals and generally ensuring a positive and hospitable mood. The only star lost here is due to the waitress who never bothered to refill any of the drinks on the table. Still, a very solid four stars and a strong recommendation to visit Cleves Drive Inn.
