Oh Papa, why would you close early and not tell anyone! Called to try to place an order and no answer! It was like 9PM or something! Why have you gone home so early while I crave your delicious pizza?! Called another location and they said«Cliffside park delivers there» and I mentioned they were closed and the response I got was«well, they shouldn’t be!» Weird. Fail.

I know, we live in New Jersey & order from Papa John’s, but our favorite place doesn’t deliver. Also, I’m obsessed with the garden fresh. My tips here are to order the crust extra crispy and light sauce. The delivery is always super quick which is great. Only negative is it’s pricey. Always check the«specials» page online.

I have ordered over 10 times in this store, very fast for delivering, only take 15 – 30 minutes. Better pizza compare to Pizza Hut. And get lots of reward points for free large pizza if you order online.

delivery fee is completely BS. I mean i tried to order just a soda to see if papajohn will still have a delivery fee, but I’ve been told even with online information that it’s for the ingredients due to inflation. But it keeps giving me a delivery fee for something that doesn’t have an ingredient. so what the hell is going on with this crap? Delivery drivers are telling me it doesnt go to them. Papajohn’s company is saying it goes to ingredients. so If we order something that doesn’t use ingredients why still charge it? It’s complete scam. They lie about delivery fee, I tip them based on the claim that they don’t receive any«delivery fee.» but if they lie about delivery fee for ingredients that I did not even order pizza for, They must be lying about the fee crap. This is why I don’t order from this place. Just order from other pizzerias where they do «free delivery» and cheaper prices. something that does like 21 bucks for 2 large cheese pizzas… way better deal than this place. Criteria: Price: somewhat cheap from price viewing. 8⁄10 Price total: hidden potshots of hidden fees, just like phone companies. 1⁄10 ingredients: Not worth the money. I can just put my own toppings at home, sliced and baked for much cheaper and more quantity of toppings. 2⁄10 Pizza: sometimes I would get a bit overbaked, stale breading, sometimes it would be undercooked(yeah, i can feel the dough being fluid-like).1.5/10 (oh papajohns, I will not change this review, no matter what you say, no amount of bribery can change this review). delivery timing: Pretty good, I bet they really pushed on the red light I see while driving several times from this place. −2÷10(not going to request delivery if it means breaking the law).

I don’t often go for pizza delivery, and even then, I usually buy pizza from local outfits, but tonight I had a friend over and we found that Papa John’s was doing a deal on a large 2 topping pizza, so we went for it. Long story short, I waited a total of over an hour and thirty minutes for my pizza, including 45 minutes for delivery from 2 miles away in Cliffside Park to Fort Lee. By the time we got the pizza, it was only slightly above room temperature. Bad stuff, Papa John’s of Cliffside Park, bad stuff. Gonna stick to the local joints around here from now on I think.

The best pizza ever. The quality of the pizza is very good, friendly workers and good manager :) I like the place.

All I can advise you guys is to make sure you account for what you order! Friend recieved a 50% off coupon for the win of the Yankees game and we used it for lunch today. Ordered online for delivery and turns out this place tried to scam us! We purhased 50 buffalo wings and recieved 5 packs of 8 chicken wings wrapped in foil and placed inside a large pizza box. Do the math, 5X8=40, what happened to the other 10 wings? We called them up and after a phone call they returned shortly and gave us what we paid for. They almost got us! Luckily, we always double check before we dig in. Either way, they have fast delivery times, pizzas and other items are always made consistent.

Can always count in the quality of cheesey bread. The pizza is typical PJ pizza. Wings are kinda soggy. Get the garlic sauce. They charge for delivery, so keep that in mind. I use the app to order n it is pretty smooth. Delivery is fast, so that’s great.

Nothing special compared to the other papa Johns. The worker(the female) seems to be in the rush every time(sometimes even messing up my order) I prefer the one in another location though. Delivery is slow to top it off.

Pizza here is pretty good compared to other similar chain stores(including Papa Johns in other locations). However, their chicken poppers are very dry. I first thought the chickens were dry because I did order them about half hour before closing. However, I ordered them again during lunch time few days after and still had the same issue. I give four stars because their pizza is good and delivery service is prompt. However, I don’t recommed ordering the chicken poppers from this location.

First of all, the pizza from here is really no better OR worse than the competitors — Pizza hut & Dominoes. All 3 have slightly different tastes but are about the same quality. BUT, this place does delivery extremely well. I live in Palisades Park and the past 2 times I’ve tried ordering online, the food has been here in less than 20 minutes from hitting the submit button. It was SO fast that when they called the first time, I thought they were calling to confirm the order(but they were calling since they were outside w/it). When compared to Dominoes delivery, its a million times better. The past few times we’ve ordered Dominoes it took around 1 hour. Pizza hut doesn’t even deliver. So, based on that — its good!

The pizza from this location tastes bad, undercooked, so dry. The customer service from this location is very disappointing. After I complain about the taste of pizza, the store manager told me that she did not know how to deal with the situation, and directed me to her supervisor, and her supervisor just give me an easy reply: Sorry, I can not help. If you really like PapaJohns. I will strongly recommend you go to other branch.
