Highly recommended home inspector. He took his time, noticed the tiniest things and delivered a thorough verbal report while walking us through the house. He told us what would need to be repaired and in what order of priority. No issues or questions that we discussed during the inspection were absent from the printed report. He was there early and was patient answering questions and used layman’s terms while explaining things to us. We are now aware that we have a lot of work to put into our house, but we’re prepared for it and know what needs our attention first. His fee was very reasonable and, including the termite and radon tests, was less than some other inspectors’ fee just for the inspection. We are very happy with his work. Remember to ask lots of questions!

Bob is a nice guy and seemed focused during his work. However, I think he would get distracted when explaining things and forget to write stuff down. He forgot to mention something in our report that he verbally talked about and we only realized it after we were out of attorney review so that was unfortunate. He also missed major, major issues with our boiler and heating system that are now going to cost us around 10k to fix and the sellers will not acknowledge it after closing. In retrospect we felt he just did basic stuff like turning water and appliances on and off and what people really need is someone that can inspect for major issues not superficial ones.
