Nice selection of jewlery and watches. Friendly staff who are willing to help. Brands like gucci, michele, burberry, etc. Many different brands of diamonds too. Large store with something for everyone. Will return in the future.

My fiancée purchased several pieces and my engagement ring from here. They are trusting and honest. They had all the paperwork in order and were very prepared with what was needed for insurance purposed. The pricing was good and the service was impeccable! They are not just there to sell… they will educate you if you don’t know something.

These people are SWINDLERS and run a shady, dishonest business. Yesterday I went in to have a diamond necklace appraised that my husband bought me for our anniversary. To my dismay, they told me the diamonds were NOT REAL, and then promptly offered me a deal on a similar diamond necklace from the case. I called my husband right away, and he decided to take my necklace to a lab in the city today. Not only are the diamonds real, but worth twice the price of the necklace they tried to sell me. These men lied to my face to make a sale, and it is disgusting. Stay away from these dirty businesspeople– they are liars.

The team at Clifton Jewelers is trustworthy and provides quality service. I did my jewelry repair and watch battery replacement via mail. They provided a quote beforehand, allowing for complete transparency. My previously sad and unused jewelry came back shiny and like new. I think they even polished my silver earrings! They kept me updated about shipping and tracking numbers too. A+ service

I came in to Clifton Jewelers to have a watch battery replaced. As I waited, I browsed through the many display cases of watches and decided to try a few pieces on… I had no intention of walking out of the store with anything that day but the no pressure approach, the knowledgeable staff and the good customer service made me consider the piece. I decided to make an offer which I thought was reasonable and a few minutes later my new Swiss Auto was sized and on my wrist. I will certainly be back as my «new watch bug» hits me every couple of months. I strongly recommend coming to them for any of their brands and I can guarantee they’ll be able to beat most, if not all, online prices from grey dealers — I must note that I was not asked to leave a review but being the watch lover that I am I would much rather get something from an Authorized Dealer for any of the brands they carry versus risking a generic warranty plan from non ADs online.

I’ve been to Clifton Jewelers sporadically over the past few years, but always leave with a positive impression of the service and jewelry quality. I’ve had watch batteries and bands replaced, watches repaired and links added/​removed, and have purchased a few gift pieces there. The prices are reasonable, especially for minor watch repairs. And the owner and his son work very hard to make sure their customers are attended to and receive a high level of service. Very trustworthy and an all around excellent small business I am glad to support over a large franchise jewelry store any day.
