VERY poorly planned space! The stores are great but the parking and traffic flow is ABYSMAL. Not nearly enough parking for the amount of stores and what there is extremely difficult to navigate. I’m always surprised that there aren’t more accidents and fender benders here but that can only be attributed to the politeness of the customer base, NOT the original architects of this shopping center. Did I mention how difficult it is to even get in and out of this center at all? The tiny parking area feeds directly into and out of Route 3, making it a miracle that cars are able to get into this shopping area at all. #FAIL!

The fundamental basis of running any successful business is customer service. One skill that any person working in retail should have. When I walk into a store I expect to get greeted, asked do I need assistance and feel valued. Not asked after 10 minutes asking so I need help. The workers are shitty because the management is also shitty. This location will never get my business again!

Have to agree with the other reviewers that the parking lot is hell. Seriously? 2 rows for all those stores? Anyhoo, the pickins are great here(Harmon, Vitamin Shoppe, Bed Bath & Beyond, Five Below). Love the walkway in front of the stores. I’d give it 5 stars if it weren’t for that stupid parking lot…

Parking BEWARE. It’s so bad, it hurts my feelings. I actually love the store options here: Panera, Michaels, Bed, Bath and Beyond, etc(In fact, I have rated some of these places with 4’s)… However, the actual complex is horrendously laid out. Most of the time the stores/restaurants aren’t even that crowded, yet you have to basically slug it out to get a good parking spot. Not only are the spots limited, but the lanes are really narrow too. It’s frustrating because I love coming here, but I dread parking. Just across the highway, the parking is so much more convenient(Clifton Commons). I’m not sure if it’s possible, but they really need to consider adding additional parking spaces. Even if it’s a little bit of a walk, it’s better than nothing. I live close, and in the summer I will sometimes walk to avoid the headache.

If I lived closer I would so not drive here. Parking is ridiculous as it is then add bad drivers to the equation. A total nightmare. If it wasn’t for stores like Chipotle, Bed Bath and Beyond, Costco… etc I wouldn’t come here at all.

I’d like to point out the disaster area of this layout & parking lot, not the stores or venues. There’s a fabulous list of places to go here, so I understand why it might be constantly crowded. But if you can walk here do it, because driving in & out is hard and full of endless traffic obstacles. Exiting is just as bad as entering, and I’d advise when you see an empty space, take it to avoid any more moving around. Just be careful when you get out of your vehicle too, walking among the traffic isn’t really any less difficult than driving in it.

This shopping center is a f*cking disaster. Parking is crammed, you cannot even get out of your spot since everything is so tight and cars are constantly going by. There are a few stores and little parking… what f-ing idiot thought of putting up this place??? Just stay away!

I kinda have this love & hate thing going on with this place. Although it has a couple of stores I like to hit up all at once for things I may need, sometimes I lack the patience to deal with the jackasses that bombard the parking lot & don’t know how to drive. Let’s see if my selective photographic memory serves me well & permits me to remember all the stores at this place(since I couldn’t seem to find a directory online). There’s: *Uno’s *Bed, Bath & Beyond *Sleepy’s *Lane Bryant *Harmon’s *$ 1 store *Verizon store *Michael’s *Liberty Travel *Gamestop *Pollo Tropical *Starbuck’s *Pier 1 *Vitamin Shoppe *Supercuts *Citibank Go at your own driving risk.
