This store always has tons of variety and they are always so friendly! I love stopping here when I am in the area for some treats!

What a great little store to purchase the Arabic food my grandma used to give me when I was younger. After getting pita bread, Labne, and Armenian cheese from my grandma who has gone there for years, I finally made it into the store today with Nana. What a great store. It’s a little thrown together with tight aisles, but everything is fresh. They have fresh olives and other Arabic traditional foods and the pita bread and Labne is the best anywhere! Will be back!

I’ve been coming to Nouri’s since I was a kid. Great place for lahmajun, turkish coffee, and various deli items. Definitely a go-​to spot for authentic middle eastern items.

I love coming here. Everything Mideastern is available. I usually come here for the walnut truffles and walnut wafers. The price is reasonable for imported items.

They are so many things to choose from but because I like coffee I sent some to my sister and she loved it! I was able to get some spices that was fully grounded up which is so much better to eat in a powder form rather than in pieces its such a delicious tasting for pallets of your mouth. I’m glad I stopped there and it was only because I was looking for some good coffee. I would definitely go back and check out the olives as well as the deli section and freezer sections.

I have been frequenting this place once a week (Thursday’s) since 1989. All of my Pita bread, Olives, Yogurt spread, Olive oil, Pickled turnips/​Eggplants/​Cucumbers and all things Middle Eastern comes from here. The prices are moderate and the place is stuffed with everything and anything your wife/​husband needs to make a tasty Middle Eastern dish & «Mezeh».
Strength: Solid service & impalpable products. Good and respectful people.
Areas of improvements:
1-​Folks: Get your Pita bread on Thursday’s during the afternoon for maximum freshness. After that the bread will be stale because it seems the owners rotate the bread by putting the new in cold storage and the old in its place! On many times I got the bread on Friday or any other day and it was stale. Get it on Thursday afternoon and you wont believe the difference. To a Levantine person the freshness of bread can make or break your day!
2-​Do not buy Basmati rice from there because you can buy the equivalent of 3 bags from another place. My wife paid a whopping 28 $ a bag before we discovered the same bag at another establishment for 9 $!
All in all this store is good & the service is also good. I would give 4 stars solid.

Nice stock of goods, but the owners always have an attitude & very cold people no matter how many times a week they see you spend money at their place … They lack love & respect to their regular customers that keep them in business.

Regular store, can do with or without it, The people are very cold, no matter how much you spend.

This place is amazing. My Dad and I go here like twice a year to stock up on tasty Syrian and Lebanese foods. They make EVERYTHING at this place. Everything from baklava to makdous (Baby eggplants stuffed with spicy walnuts). Their shopping center is really amazing as well, handmade wood crafts with inlaid ivory and opal. Their music selection is great too.
It’s a great little day trip outside of New York City for some cheap eats and fun times. Make sure you bring a backpack or a cooler. I highly recommend it!
Their olive bar is the most beautiful thing in the world. You’ll want to go scuba diving in it.

Good staples, good pita, very good feta and string cheese selection. Great olive bar, awesome deli case. I got some version of pastrami that rocked! Baby eggplants stuffed with spicy walnuts! Hummus was good and cheap (so easy to make at home, but so much easier to buy a pound for $ 3.50).
I used to hit this neighborhood a lot for pita, spinach pies, feta and such, but that was a long time ago. The people couldn’t have been friendlier, and 2 asked why I was buying middle eastern food (as much as I try, I still look like white bread with mayonnaise). I’ll be back here frequently and keep trying the good stuff they’ve got.

Nouri’s sells a huge array of items from food, clothes, electronic dictionaries and the like. My family usually come here to purchase Middle Eastern food.
The food they sell here is pretty good. For example, I’ve had the pita bread and it tastes great but I have had better in Montréal and Beirut. However, the pita bread here is a hundred times better and fresher than what you would get at a supermarket. Another thing I always get are the pistachios as they are clearly a higher quality than the ones at the supermarket.

Awesome place. You can find anything you need there! It’s like a big Mideast superstore — from CDs, to decorations/​furniture, argeeleh hoses, pastries, fresh bread, zaatar. And it was right down the street from my house!
