Simple when you know what you want. I’m big on doing research then making sure it’s there in stock.
Printing services is great. Friendly girl at the desk helped me very quick with my order. I used the printing service online and they emailed me when my order was ready. Picked up and on my way.
Haven’t used the floor help yet since I knew what I wanted anyways.

Question how can you not like your local Staples? They have your computer, printing, copying and writing needs. I had to do some off to college shopping you laptop, printer, flash drive, planner, pens and paper. I for do not like people trying to sell me on something I see what I want I buy. I’m glad the staff didn’t try this tact they simply answered the questions I asked. They didn’t recommend I get a bigger faster better laptop than I was asking them about. I have never used their printing department but from what I heard it’s a good one. I will continue to you this location they stay sharp with competition close by. Associates always straightening out the mess the shoppers make especially around beginning of school.
Now that we got that out the way did you know they sold BIG BAGS OF CANDY.

Attempted to USPS-​mail small, standard-​sized bubble package. Employees were insufficiently trained when Target began USPS service. Tried again with similar results. Employee floundered with software, requiring me to transcribe addressing information (not required at post office). When postage was 10x’s expected, determined they were using UPS’ Next Day service, which I didn’t request. After I re-​entered mailing information, the postage was still excessive; they charged me for tracking — *again* not requested. My interaction ended with the employee requiring me to sign a waiver — again not USPS-​required. Overall, my attempt to quickly send standard mail stretched much longer than reasonable.

So I received a 20% off discounts in the mail for school supplies. I bought ink for the printer and a 10.00 pack of pens for school. I handed the coupon to the cashier and she replied by saying that pens and ink are not considered as school supplies. Are you kidding me? I have a list of supplies from the school and pens are included and the ink is for their summer school projects.

Chad did an amazing print and binding job for me!!! Super friendly eventhough he was extremely busy!

Standard Staples. Organized and clean. Staff was sparse but friendly and the Print Shop workers were very helpful.

Our family needed to print out memorial cards for a funeral the following morning. Even though it was nearly closing time, Chad in the print department stayed late and made our project a priority. He was kind, understanding and did an excellent job. Thank you Chad.

Friendly and helpful? Hardly.
After a recent experience at this Staples, I refuse to shop there. The manager was abusive, the store (and staff) discriminate against the disabled, and they don’t care about the health and safety of someone walking into their store.
With so many other places around like Office Max, there’s really no point in going here.
Btw, this is new… and I think has to do a lot with the current manager here. However, since I contacted Staples corporate to complain and they decided not to respond, I guess what I experienced there is now corporate policy.

My experience? Super friendly and proactive staff. Today, for example, one staffer tore the store apart to find the last box of my brand of toner, and another saw my cart with two boxes of paper and pointed out that there was a «buy two get one free» sale, so I could get a third box for free. Now that’s service!

Have all your office needs

I know it is hardly going to matter to review Staples. However, I walked in and asked if they could scan one page for me. The person I spoke to in the printing department told me they did not know how to use the scanner. She went to talk to someone else. When she got back she said they could not do it. I told her I could show her how to use the scanner, but she refused to do it. She said they had too many orders to do already — although there was no one waiting in line. I guess she meant pick-​up orders, I don’t know. She suggested I leave my one page there overnight and pick it up. Meanwhile, the scanner was sitting behind her, not being used by anyone.

The store is always clean. The associates are always friendly & helpful.
Unlike the other reviewer, I definitely don’t think the layout is confusing. And the aisle labels are generic? I don’t agree with that statement either.
Their prices are comparable to other office supply stores. And their items are high quality.

Convenience, I love it.
This Staples is located in the Clifton Commons. Its very easy to get to and has a ton of parking at all times.
The prices are slightly high but the layout can be confusing. Aisle labels are somewhat generic. All I wanted was some compressed air (damn you laptop!!) and I had to ask a couple people to find what I was looking for.
