Dr. Vivian Chiu is a crook. She will charge your insurance for dental procedures she does not perform. She is a bully and a liar. The worst dentist I ever met. Her office is dirty and her instruments look used. She enjoys giving you pain. She cleaned my husband’s teeth in one minute and didn’t even tell him beforehand. Then she wanted $ 1,000 right off the bat for crowns he doesn’t need. She is a money hungry incompetent dentist. I bet she wanted to be a Doctor and failed medical school. Go elsewhere. The longer you stay at her office the more money you will lose.

Went for a cleaning with Dr Vivian Chiu, she did it in five minutes! What kind of dentist does a cleaning in FIVE MINUTES?!? That was not cleaning, that was cheating!!!

The dentist here are so understanding. This is the only dental office that really tries to calm me down even though my heart sinks every time I have to make an appointment even for a simple check up. Yet true professional and people that care about their patients they talk me through it and if they plan on sticking my they give me the option of gas. Which really helps a lot for chickens like myself.
Thank you so much for being kind and good dentist unlike the countless of others I have seen that made me feel so terrible for having a phobia of needles. They are truly the best at dealing with people scared of dentist and needles.
