I came here on a Friday evening 6pm. I would like to give a huge shout out to the two workers there on 3÷25÷2016. I wish I took their names because they were super helpful and cool. I will definitely go out of my way to visit this location if I ever need to ship anything again.

On Saturday (which I’m sure is a very busy day) called this particular UPS store with questions.
A male answered the phone in a very courteous manner. Also, I was given calm and detailed answers to my questions.
Customer service doesn’t get any better than this!

Great UPS Store. Courteous, professional and friendly staff. I actually go out of my way to come to this store because the personnel in the UPS Stores near me (Montclair/​Watchung Plaza and Bloomfield Ave.) are rude and don’t like to give receipts for packages dropped off. I recommend this Clifton UPS Store highly for you packing and shipping needs.
