I’ve been here twice when I’ve needed to mail back packages that I’ve ordered. I tend to go in the evenings after work. I’ve never had to wait, and the staff is very friendly. They scanned my packages and printed a drop-​off package receipt which contains the tracking number for your records. My packages arrived back to the companies as scheduled.

This is my go to ups store. The girl that works there is great and always happy to help tape up my boxes and mailing labels. Really appreciate their willingness to help me out with that and make the mailing process easy and efficient! It always smells like fresh bagels in there too because of the bagel store next door.

This UPS Store is located in a small strip mall which is quite hard on the car getting into due to uneven entrance ramp.
Walked in and the place was busy with one guy on the computer and the other standing around. Brought a UPS parcel to ship and needed a small piece of tape on top of the box. They wanted to charge me $ 1 for a piece of tape. How cheap can you be? Generally UPS costs more than USPS for the package I was shipping and they should have been happy to have my business. Since I was stuck with UPS, took my package back and went to Home Depot and purchased my own tape. Will be sending the package through my work’s shipping department.
