Reliable decent food. Nothing spectacular but the pizzas are good, I prefer the Flatbread over the deep dish, just don’t love all that dough. Service is always good, greeters and servers both are very friendly and nice. The mini desserts are very good. Love the ice cream and peanut butter cup with hot fudge and the ice cream and apple pie is very yum.

So. We were seated right away. When we sat down there was an electronic waiter system. You could order alcoholic drinks, appetizers and dessert on it. It was kind of awkward to balance using that and talking to our actual waiter. Salad was dry. Crab dip came out burning hot and didn’t cool down for at least 20 minutes. Dinners were not impressive. Romano chicken was tasteless. Pasta was just gross. Deep dish shroom pizza was bland. Ordered mini desserts to try to salvage the night. They were pretty bad. The food tasted like everything was microwaved and prepackaged. Won’t be returning– just personal preference.

I’ve been visiting this Uno’s location for sometime since it is near to my office and my co-workers have always liked coming here. For lunch, they have a lunch menu which features all you can eat soup /salad as an option, along with personal pizzas and/or sandwiches for a low price(we average with drinks and tip $ 10 – 12 each). They also offer a repeat/frequent customer where they punch your card and after x amount of visits, you get a free meal… So overall not a bad option in the area. There has been times over the years however that this particular location has had it’s issues though. At times the food has come out cold or has taken a very long time to come out. Over the years, they’ve had multiple managers that came through that raised/lower the bar over time, landing it a solid 3 star review, however, I dropped it down to only 2 stars since I did get sick here after order a lobster roll one time. Normally this would drop it to only 1 star, but I will be nice since it’s my fault for ordering lobster at a pizza place, lol…

Pizzeria uno chain never disappoints. The staff is very welcoming and you feel like you are at home in the cozy restaurant. Everyone has to try their deep-dish. It’s what their known for! Also love the place because it is very kid friendly, giving them toys to play with, a tablet with games and crayons to color, really suiting any age kid. Would recommend a stop here if in town.

I’m a fan of Uno’s. I’ve even been to Chicago and had Gino’s East and I’ll be honest with you… the Uno’s Chicago Classic actually tastes better than the real thing! This place gets two stars because the damn ziosk is a pain to use and it tricked me and charged me for unlimited games! The screen said«Press me and play for free!» So I did and it hit me up for $ 1.99. I could have told the manager but what was I supposed to say? «The machine tricked me?» Anyway, please get rid of those pesky ziosks, for those of us who are not and don’t have little kids, they are more of a nuisance than some type of convenience. I mean if you are going to invest in those why not just get them with HD screens? The SD screen made the food look less appetizing actually. Pizza was good though. I will return… for takeout.

A go-to place for my family when we can’t decide where to eat. Love their pizza skins, spinaccoli pizza and the pasta, farmers market pizzas, and their bread pudding dessert is delicious.

We wanted a quick burger and easy parking. Well, we should have kept driving– there are other places in the area. Burger was basically just eh because of the bun and service took forever at 3pm. The place was not busy, so no excuse. In their defense though, chargrilled medium and chargrilled rare burgers were on the money. The fries were a little skimpy, but good too. The buns were awful– dry and stale. This ruined the burgers. I ended up eating mine with knife and fork. The coffee was pretty good. Next time I’ll try the pizza.

Be prepared for delicious food, but with a very distracting ambience. While eating in a back corner of the restaurant I could still hear the loud cacophony of screaming kids, people chattering, and pop music. However, the young lady who attended to me, Joann, was prompt, polite, and very friendly. The herb rubbed grilled chicken breast was delicious, and worth the visit, though I understand deep dish pizza is their specialty. Prices were reasonable for good food prepared that wasn’t frozen ahead of time.

I’ve eaten in store and had take out. The best part of eating in the store is getting a mini dessert so you get the enjoyment of dessert without having too much. The best part about takeout is having a nice quick delicious dinner ready for you after work. The worst part about take out is I’ve had screw ups more than once. I initially put«do not put tomatoes in this dish» when I clicked on the dish and still got tomatoes. Then next time I put it in the item comments and the overall order. The lobster pasta is especially delicious. I’ve done the 2 for 12 combos but the salads(maybe because they are stacked with hot foods) don’t seem to come out great. And once they gave me the wrong dressing. In other words, they are not guarateed to read the comments you write, so check the order before take it out of the restaurant. I do keep ordering from them, so I like the food, but I’ve never had such uneven luck getting my food correct so I am proactive to check. Oh, and if you do come here, it’s a busy parking lot with 2 entrances, skip the first since it gets backed up more and you have to drive through the whole slow crowded lot. The second entrance is closer to Uno’s(which is at the end) and I’ve never had problems parking over there.

I stop in every few months cause you can get a nice paleo lunch. Chose what they called a NY Strip with broccoli and grilled veggies. The steak came out with a nice sprig of Rosemary which made the presentation. The cut of meat was too thin and this even though I ordered medium rare it was tough and fatty. I never had a disappointing entre here until now. Even the sever said it seemed like a thin cut. To their credit they offered to bring me another one or get me something else.

Being a proud product of Jersey — a chain should never count when it comes to pizza, we know this. But sometimes you find yourself with a 20%-off coupon and a hungry family and it’s right across the highway where you just saw a movie so you venture over. Kids can make their own mini-pie — it’s a cool novelty to keep them entertained a few minutes. The drink specials are strong and can get you buzzed enough to forget the horrible experience at the theater you just left. And a family of four is stuffed to the gills for around $ 60. (Part of ‘The Pizza Project 2015′ but with an asterisk by their name, of course.)

2.5 stars. Tried a lemonade cocktail that had cucumber in it. Wasn’t a fan, too much cucumber not enough lemonade. The hurricane cocktail was much better. The nachos? Ruined by massive mounds of sour cream and salsa. They really need to be served on the side or at least not right on top in such a huge quantity. There wasn’t a crispy chip left, they were all mushy and gross. The reason we came, the deep dish. Tried an individual with pepperoni, onions, and peppers. I thought deep dish pizza swapped the placement of the sauce and cheese? Looked like a normal pie to me, cheese on top sauce underneath. Have I been misled by all the Travel Channel programs showcasing deep dish pizza? Regardless, it was just meh. Pizza Huts pan pizza tastes better and is much cheaper. Our server David was very nice and attentive. I will not be going out of my way to return.

Super short review: go for takeout Longer review: So I’ve been on a deep dish kick for quite a while, and there aren’t many places around here to satisfy that craving. I’ve even resorted to buying my own pans and making my own. I remember not enjoying Pizzeria Uno when I was younger. Don’t remember why. Glad I have it a chance again; the 2 for $ 20 takeout offer that ended recently also helped a lot. Now there’s a deal that essentially offers 2 pizzas for $ 25. I haven’t had a chance to try deep dish in Chicago, but the pizza here was enjoyable. The original crust is buttery and flaky, and the multi grain is a little tougher. If you like whole grains, then the latter is for you. There are also lots of food options from pizza to pasta to chicken to salads. Lots of combos. 2 for $ 12. Lunch specials. Beer specials. The food and drink alone would be a 4. However, the service was a 2. First off, they were out of the Sam Adams they happened to have a special on. I was told it was because the beer was skunky, but at least give a heads up to the diner or even offer an alternative. I’ve never been a fan of when the server doesn’t know what’s available. Second, the wait time for food was long. At least 25 minutes for the entrees — I’m inclined to say that it was longer. Considering the food we got, it should not have taken that long. Not to mention when I order here for takeout, they have been ready in 20 minutes. During that time, the server never came back to check on us to see if we needed anything. My water was empty for at least 10 minutes. The mini desserts took 15 minutes. By this time, I was eyeing the clock. While some desserts do require this amount of time, I’m sure they just pop the item in the microwave and scoop ice cream on top. Speaking of which, the ice cream on one of the dishes looked like it was sitting on there for a while. By the time it was brought out, half of the scoop had melted, leaving a puddle of lukewarm cream on top of the cookie. Ew. Lastly, we waited at least another 10 minutes after requesting our check. By this time, I had grown completely impatient with our server and went straight to the supervisor for our check. Thankfully, the supervisor had given us a discount for our frustration. However, I still have to vent about my experience. Hopefully, things get straightened out. I would hate to lose one of my few deep dish resources.

Stopped in for dinner on a Tuesday night. We were seated quickly at a decent sized booth. We ordered a beer each and shared the número uno deep dish pizza. It was pretty good– the crust was on point :) Tip: sign up for the rewards program before you go or when you sit down. You’ll get a coupon for a free-mini dessert. Might as well enjoy it if you can :)

Since 1943 huh… how on earth did you survive for so many years? I don’t get it, the deep dish pizza was an utter disappointment! For $ 22 it was not worth it. Where do I start? The cheese was overwhelming, heck I loveee cheese but it was a good pound on top making it very chewy and hard to eat, my jaw hurt from all the chewing. The sauce wasn’t distributed evenly, making every bite taste different from the last. The crust was dense and heavy, it felt like I was eating pastry than anything else. By far, one of the worst I’ve had. Even the bathroom agreed with me. Only thing they have going for themselves is specials on certain days and a friendly staff.

While I’ve been to Uno’s Pizzeria & Grill before, I haven’t been in years. I received a $ 10 off gift card, so I figured I would give it a try. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, aside from pizza and a slightly upscale fast-food restaurant, but I was pleasantly surprised by the bar scene. We went on a Sunday to watch football, and the bar section is separate from the restaurant eating area. The deep dish pepperoni pizza on multi-grain bread was amazing. Pretty sure I ate my weight in carbs, but it was worth it. My favorite part of the meal, however, was actually the wings. We got the bbq wings, and they were crunchy and had just the right amount of hotness. Now, I don’t prefer my mouth to be on fire, so all of you fire-breathing Unilocalers might disagree, but it had just enough kick to make it enjoyable. Happy hour deals are awesome. Half-priced appetizers all day on Sundays. Drink specials too. For the amount of people there, food took a significant of time to come out. Luckily we had the game to distract my hunger. For bar food, it’s definitely above par.
