Horrible service long wait times rude workers this place it gives the beautiful spot a bad vibe… needs new management !

Don’t come in here if you want to spend less than 20 minutes waiting. It seems like no matter what time I come in, despite how many people are working in the place, they only have one girl doing all the orders, making all the food and making the coffee.
What you end up getting is a cold latte because it sat half made while another order was being taken. Forget it if there are multiple people in line. You have to wait until everyone places their order, then wait for the one girl to make all the food and coffees and watch her forget what goes into them and who they’re for.
Super fun.

I love this dunking doughnuts ! I went in for the second time ever yesterday and wow! It’s like a lounge where you get to eat doughnuts and coffee and enjoy really great wifi. They have couches a fireplace… Comfy stools and table space! They are super clean! Unlike any other Dunkin in this city… The employees there are amongst the best I’ve ever encountered at any Dunkin. My only complaint … They charge for whip… Bleh but I guess it’s life… Anyway will go there to get my coffee from now on!

Coffee/​bagel/​doughnut-​snobs take note. This place is not going to blow your mind. Ever.
That being said, you can get quite the bang for your buck here… and it won’t be bad as long as you know what/​how to order. *college budgets!*
If you want sugar in your coffee and don’t want sugar-​water, ask for «a little bit of sugar» or do it yourself. That’s pretty much standard at all DDs.

I like this Dunkin. It’s the biggest I’ve been in, probably the nicest in terms of décor, and the service is always great when I visit. Their donut selection isn’t the best (compared to the Dunkin in Bed-​Stuy on Nostrand) but they have wifi and ample seating so I’m over it.

I’m a big DD fan but this store is so, so. Sometimes their coffee is good. Sometimes it’s watery. Sometimes they have advertised products. Sometimes they don’t.
Often, it’s not worth the gamble so I just go across the street to Bergen Bagel. It’s cheaper.

This Dunkin Donuts is new, and HUGE, and generally pretty awesome. Seriously so much seating, and if you’re lucky you can get the big comfy lounge chairs by a faux fire. I’ve been in here twice so far, and it has mostly been pretty empty, so prime fake fire seats for me. Score.
I’ve only had an irish cream iced coffee and a bagel with cream cheese so far here, but I’d imagine their offerings are pretty much the same as the other DDs. One thing I notice about the locations in New York is the lack of doughnut variety. Maybe its just the store size? I’ll have to go do some carb-​filled research…
