Unfortunately this is a re-skin of the former restaurant and it is neither up-scale nor Mexican. If they concentrate on the bar they may be successful but there are so many better food options on the block I can’t see them surviving very long.

Went there with my Husband and was pleasantly surprised! The owner waited on us, he made great suggestions, and had the kitchen make something not on the menu to accomodate our request for a queso dip. Very friendly! Hubs had the wings and Chimichanga, and I had the Enchildas Ranchero, both meals were very good! They’re waiting on their liquor license so don’t get discouraged that they don’t serve alcohol, it’s coming! The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is that they are a bit pricey.

I went there with my wife for dinner and I must say I was very disappointed. I use to go there when it was cielo for the vegetarian dish which was a vegetarian paella and it was delicious. And I noticed that they had the same dish on the menu however it was horrible this time around. If you’re going to open a restaurant in the same location and have a dish from the prior restaurant u should do it justice by 1 upping it or just don’t do it at all.

Great Latin cuisine in the neighborhood. I came in for dinner and was greater by the owner and a waitress. The menu had many choices with variety of Latin food and they had a few tex-mex choices. We started with the quesadilla which was moist and flavorful. My husband had paella(30 min to cook) it was full of seafood and so delicious. It was a nice surprise to have a high ratio of seafood to less rice. I had a flank steak with enchilada(I don’t remember the name) it was so good!!! I deducted 1 star bc they did not have alcohol yet but the owner says it’s coming soon. The good was great and service was personable and attentive. This will be my regular spot once they bring in the tequila.
