Service is horrible here and girls are rude little snobs that can’t seem to dress appropriately for where they work ! I could get dressed in the dark and still come out looking cuter.

I came here on Black Friday around 1pm to just browse. I wasn’t planning on buying anything but found an amazing dress! I was bummed to find out that their black friday sale of 25% off til noon was over — but luckily they put the deal back on for the rest of the day. Although I did get my dress for cheaper, the staff at this location is quite unknowledgable.
The original girl who helped me was nice and helped me get a room started. She put my dress on hold when I asked her too and it was given to me when I returned later in the day.
BUT…there was this one girl who didn’t know squat about what was going on. Although she was nice — it was annoying not getting the info I needed. I was on the border about getting the dress because of the price so I asked about any sort of bebe card that was offered so I could charge the dress. She didn’t konw much about that — she only could tell me it’s a points card. Also — when I asked if there were any cyber monday deals — she told me «no, not that I know of». But I checked today and there is a 20% off sale online.
If you’re working in a clothing store, you should be prepared to give the facts to any inquiring customers.
