Cottage Inn Pizza

May 6, 2015 This Clinton Township location is open. Don’t know why Unilocalers would say it closed down. Can’t wait to try the Cuban Gourmet Pizza, voted Top 10 at the North American Pizza Show 2015.

For the love of cheese, order a sub here! If you don’t do pizza, then definitely do a sub/​grinder/​whatever here. They’re absolutely wonderful.
Cottage Inn’s pizza is pretty good as well. I think I like their sandwiches more than I like their pizza, strangely enough. They’ve got good crusts, a decent sauce… but there’s just a little something missing. Granted, it’s no Little Caesar’s cardboard pizza. It’d be a better choice than most conventional pizzas… but still not my favorite.
Their calzone is great. It seems like calzones have gotten a new renaissance in the past few years. I’ve had that Pzone crap, and let me tell you, Cottage Inn is where it’s at as far as calzones. Don’t let those funny commercials fool you!
