McDonald’s

Worst service ever! Every night I choose to come here they always get mine and my fiancés order wrong. Always take forever. Fill the fries up half way, and got my mcchicken at the bottom of my bag without the wrapper on it!!! Tried calling but no answers because I always see the night crew outside smoking every time I drive in. Fucking pathetic. $ 15 an hour? Hah!

This is seriously the worst McDonald’s in the area, and I don’t expect a lot as it is fast food. But between the nasty workers, and the slow service it is ridiculous. The workers are dressed in workout clothes that just look trashy. They are loud and NEVER smile or say please and thank you. I am over this location.

This location is very close to my house. I go here frequently, especially for their addictive diet coke. I always have issues… Even when all I order is a diet coke at least one time out of five they give me regular coke. Today was the tipping point. I go at 10am, no line. I order a #13 sausage burrito meal, with a large diet and extra hashbrown. As well as a small smoothie and parfait. My daughter LOVES their hash browns… I get to the window and pay. As I wait I look at my receipt and notice I paid for hot cakes and sausage. So I wait, she opens the window, asks what the problem is and I explain what I did and did not order. She gets a male manager and he comes over, I explain again what I ordered and he credits me for the hot cakes. I get to the 2^nd window and the girl tries to hand me hot cakes. I was still in line for at least 3 – 4 minutes after I got my credit so plenty of time for some communication on the inside! I told her I just didn’t want to take something I paid for and yet AGAIN repeated my whole order. So now I’ve said this five times… Should be correct, right?! No!!! Still missing the extra hashbrown. I was so upset I drove off. I called when I got home and the girl who answered said she was a manager when I asked for one. I explained, harshly I’m sure, that after waiting in line for at least 10 minutes from start to finish I STILL didn’t have my order correct. «Wanna come back and I’ll give you a hashbrown?!» NOoooooo!!! Give me a free meal. Give me a gift certificate. I’m clearly annoyed. I told her that I go there all the time, I never complain, I just deal but this set me over the edge.
At the end I got stiffed on my hash browns, wasn’t given any napkins but have two forks, syrup and butter for the hot cakes I never even ordered…
There is NO way I believe these fast food employees should be making $ 15 an hour! I had to tell my same exact order 5 times and to three different people while I was there and yet not a single one could get it right. From now on I will just skip the diet cokes and when my kid wants her beloved hashbrown I’ll drive to the one across from Macomb Mall… They are so pleasant and I’ve never, ever had a wrong order there!!!

When will the owner take notice to this and CORRECT IT

Ordered two med drinks
Was charged for a $ 5.30 fish filet
Told girl this is wrong– she told manager then manager tried telling me I OWED HER $!!! How do I owe u money when all I ordered was two med pops!!!
She hushed me to a parking lot to fix it. Was very flipping rude!!!

The workers here are fine, but the ways in which they are capable of messing up orders is mind boggling.
I am a vegetarian so if I stop by for breakfast I order an egg and cheese bagel. I’ve received bacon on it, sausage, no egg, a container with a folded egg and a piece of cheese, once on a mcgriddle bun (ew), and on one occasion both sausage and bacon.
Not to mention that my coffee ends up black as often as it ends up with cream an sugar as I order.

This location has moved to 1617 South Gratiot Avenue. I just witnessed the staff in the drive through at the McDonald’s on South Gratiot drop a full set of large cups on the floor and then proceed to pick them up off of the floor and put them in holder in the drink filling station. Not one but two employees. Neither decided that this was not proper. I notified them manager and the corporate office for the store. I will not ever go back to that McDonald’s again are recommend you avoid it.

This is a good McDonald’s. Fast & Friendly. Had an experience with the ketchup dispenser though, when I pressed the handle, it is run by compressed air and was low on ketchup, so a big blob shot out like a cannon, lol. Thank goodness I was wearing a black shirt.
