I used this company for many years on a per call basis for a second home.
Their cleaning crew are wonderful but management and their customer service is very difficult to work with.
I do not recommend this company.

I just have to say what a great job a la maid did for a surprise party I had a few weeks ago, everything was clean and spotless. They did such a marvelous job I hired them back for a weekly cleaning and I’m never disappointed. Thank you

I started A La Maid because, based on their name and motto, I hoped to be able to tailor the services to my needs. I even had them clean my office. Unfortunately, my expectations didn’t match their ability to deliver. The one thing that was most important to me was consistency. To keep this short, that’s not what I got. Arrival time & same crew were critical to me, and if that matters to you, it’s just not possible. The staff turnover, or other issues, seemed to interfere most of the time. The staff was always pleasant, the cleaning reasonably done, but my needs didn’t fit their business model.
