came to the outlets to shop and there used to be a really nice café here so i stopped thinking it was the same one in a new location… i was very wrong… the food tasted like gas station/walmart quality… would have rather eaten gum from the tables outside

Yiiiiiiiikes. For being in such an amazing outlet store, with some of the top brands in the world, you think they would find food to match. But as far as we saw, the only sit down place in the area was The Bristol Café, a spot so bad that it actually made me bring down the rating of the entire mall. It’s an awful café. It’s tiny, it’s a little gross, and the food is bad. All of it. From the sandwiches to the soups to even the bagel. No idea how they ruined a bagel, but they did. What’s worse is when we came, one woman was running everything. Taking orders, taking money, putting together food. So the line was out the door, she was missing things and frantically running from place to place. And it was all bad. The queue is always going to be long because of the location so you may think it’s good. It is not good. Buy your clothes and head somewhere else. Read these reviews like we should have, they do not lie.

Don’t waste your time. And time it is you will waste as one poor woman is doing it all. Taking orders and putting meals together. Gotta give her credit for trying so hard. But really, where’s the rest of the staff. We were hungry and it’s the only place here so we waited. Food was eh. Broccoli cheese soup not great just fair. Next time we come shopping I guess we will bring food as not coming back here.

Ordered a Chicken Dijon but they didn’t have any Dijon. And they were rude when I asked for Dijon — for a «Dijon» Sandwich! Sandwich was good but also very expensive($ 8 for sandwich alone without chips or drink or even a pickle). I didn’t like the chili and I usually love all types of chili :(.

Horrible service, rude worker/owner, bad food, no wonder this place is rated so bad. I saw the owner even going to the outside benches and clearing out people even though there was no on in his store waiting for a seat.

Visited this café this weekend while my wife and daughter were shopping. I have to ask, why this business is still, in business? The food is awful, and I experienced the worst customer service. I was told by a staff member that this was a family owned business, apparently they don’t care about the way the café looks and operates. I would rather drive to Mcdonald’s next time and eat there it’s a much cleaner place and the food is better. Stay away from this business if you are shopping at Clinton Premium Outlets, because there is nothing Premium about the Bristol Café. Yuck!

Awful food and awful service. I’ve seen garbage dumps cleaner than this landfill. As a matter of fact, third world country street markets are cleaner. If you’re starving at the outlets, just starve. one you’ll lose a pound and two you won’t be disgusted by how awful the place is.

Awful food. We decided to stop in because we were super hungry while spending a day shopping at the outlet mall. Bad mistake. We ordered two chicken wraps and both were terrible and looked nothing like the pictures on the menu(which were questionable to begin with). The chicken used was probably the worst grade you can find and the sauces used were foul. We ate a bite and had to throw our food out — after paying $ 18. Avoid this place at all cost, bring your own snacks in case you get hungry. The only reason this place is in business is because its the only game in town. We were happy just to get out without getting sick.

As my wife aptly put it: «it’s an eat-in 7 eleven». My kids were hungry and I got them bagels. That was all that seemed safe. I’ve been to gas stations with more appetizing food. For an «premium outlet» center, this place is a bit of an embarrassment.

Unloved café with a captive audience of bargain shoppers… we stopped here to get a little substinence after the folks got some solid shopping in and before driving back to NYC. The spicy chicken wrap was ok and I didn’t hear any complaints about the toasted bagel, but the chicken noodle soup(and I think all the soups) was pretty poor — out of a can or a packet and heated. Generally, this place doesn’t have much love from the family owners, nor much training in catering and customer care. It’s just a pit stop café and nothing more. So be it… we got clothing bargains in the outlet mall and didn’t get food poisioning from this place. Sounds like a good day out on the way back from Rhode Island to me :)
