Chick-fil-A

I’ve held off writing my review for a couple of weeks… I wanted to see if the service at their drive thru was going to improve. Well, I thought tonight it was going to be a better experience since the young man taking our order was courteous however the young lady at the window undid it all with her less than courteous attitude. She was flat out RUDE and seemed disgusted that she had to get us Chick-​Fil-​A sauce that we asked for when ordering and wasn’t in our bag. We ordered 4, 12 count nugget meals and she gave us two sauces. When we asked for more she slowly got them and didn’t even make eye contact with my husband. The last 4 times at the drive thru the service was less than the Chick-​Fil-​A service we have been use to receiving in the past and tonight it was AWFUL. The two stars is for the young man tonight taking our order, if not for him it would be 1 star and a well deserved 1 star!

Probably the best fast food in Clinton, MS which isn’t saying much. Food is always great, employees always friendly. We’ve been to a lot of Chick-​fil-​a restaurants though and this one seems to have more problems keeping tables bussed and the store clean. Most Chick-​fil-​as we’ve gone to have someone bussing, getting re-​fills, and helping customers pretty much full time. After many visits, we rarely see that at this store which is why I give it a 4 out of 5.

I go to chick fil a more often than I should but the food is amazing and the staff is so great at customer service I wish other places were as fast as friendly as this chick fil a. Also, there’s always a huge line in the drive they but it moves quickly because they keep up with the orders well. Last but not least, there’s a parking spot near the door just for pregnant women. That’s beautiful. I’ve never had a wrong order or any problem at all here. It’s very impressive.

Excellent quality, no matter if it is breakfast, lunch or dinner. They have the fastest but also the friendliest drive through in town. Perfect when you need a quick but quality meal!

The folks that work here really deliver «service with a smile» and a «can do» attitude. The food is great and fast!
