I echo the other reviews. The staff here is fantastic: friendly, efficient, and helpful. It’s a refreshing change from many other medical offices, or customer service in general, for that matter.
That tone clearly originates with Dr. Burns himself. He’s a great optometrist: very knowledgeable, friendly, and works to make sure the end result is the best it can be for you.

In a world where good customer service seems to be disappearing, this office is amazing and proves that Dr’s offices do not have to be miserable places.
The statt is amazing — friendly, helpful, funny, smart, expedient, you name it. Do not hesitate to make an appointment here. I am not a usual online review writer, but the experience here was so good I wanted to take the time to say so.
