Primo Pizza

This place is a junk show. Just ate here only to walk into an infested restaurant with messy floors that my flip flops were sticking to with every step and then crumbs all along the window sills and on the table tops. I should have known to walk out when I had to wipe down my own table from the previous dirty customers. There were also bugs on the window sill to add to the décor! I also went into the bathroom where the sink which was broken and coming apart spewing water with toilet paper and paper towels and trash on the floor. The walls were half painted and it was a terrible paint job at that. Probably one of the dirtiest bathrooms I’ve ever been in. Got the small pizza and it was so hot and greasy the cheese and topping of bacon on one side slid right off.
This is not primo food and the restaurant certainly isn’t either. The gentleman who took the order did not even say thank you or anything when I ordered nor did he say anything as we departed.
Won’t be back again!

I haven’t tried everything on the menu, it’s quite large, but I go there every week for two things, the meatlover’s pizza and the fries. The meatlover’s pizza is loaded with large chunks of meats and absolutely delicious. And the fries are the best around. Never had a problem with the staff, they seem nice. Not sure about the rest of the menu, but you can’t find a better meatlover’s anywhere.

Horrible food ordered steak tips they were raw and purple and cold. Called and told them they said they would cook new ones when we got there showed them the steak and they asked how we could prove it was there meat? Horrible, rude, don’t yell and the customer. Never will order here Again!!!

used to be a great pizza place in town. back before they moved into their new store just across in the shaws plaza, the staff was great, prices and food were great. gone down hill ever since. we stopped going here.

Really rude employees, act like they hate their job and customers

Convenient location, fast service, AMAZING crust…, half-​decent sauce and cheese, decent price. My current go-​to pizza place in Clinton, MA. It’s not going to win any awards, but it definitely wins my money when I’m hungrier than Michael Jackson in a nursery.

They give you a free bag of Wachusett chips with any sub order (drops mic and walks away from keyboard).

Good Pizza. but i love their grilled chicken caesar salad … Well managed. I’ve never had an issue with the staff. I find them to be nice

Best pizza of the region. Try their chicken & broccoli with Alfredo sauce pizza. Simply delicious.

Some of the best pizza in the area. TC Lando’s is good, too, but Primo has a nicer venue. Other pizza places around here need work.

The rudest staff. If you want to be treated like shit go here. Multiple times their young staff at night were rude and acted as though you were there to serve them. This was a great place at one time.

My mom just picked up what I thought was our order. it was not. They messed up my order as well as my father’s. I called the manger. this was the second time it had happened, and informed the manager of their mistake. The manager said «I can live without your business» and hung up on me! Really?! Not a good move in this economy… especially when their competition is right down the street.
