So I’m sitting in Ruby Tuesday at the bar as we speak and the bar tender does some unsanitary shit ever. He takes two people glasses pour more juice in it and mix with the mixer cup and take that same mixer cup and put it in the ice box that everyone else uses. Wtf. unsanitary. I asked for an extra plate and the plate has hair on it and I also asked for extra sauce and it has cheese in in but the sauce but it doesn’t come with cheese. I only pay for good service. I try to support PG county businesses where I reside but it’s not worth it. Even the manager looked at me crazy as I was telling him what happened

One star would give it less if possible the service was extremely slow and I got sick as could be just an hour following the food so if you want to stay healthy don’t go! Beware

Yeah… I’m not sure how or why this location is still open. Party of 17 plus 8 kids to celebrate a birthday – 88 years old and this is her favorite restaurant. We were there for 3.5 hours. Not because we wanted to be, but because it took so long to get served. All the food came out at different times. I’ve never seen anything like it. My husband received his order 2 hours after it was placed. The manager took 10% off and gave the birthday lady her dinner gratis, but claimed the policy is to only add additional wait staff if you have more than 30 people. The waitress was really nice, but totally overwhelmed. My mozzarella sticks came on a bed of brownish iceberg and my fried green beans arrived in 1 big fried clump. Why were there vinyl tablecloths? Yuck. Been there a few times since it opened. Consistently gone downhill. Corporate needs to step in and take this over or close it. This location will not get anymore of my money.

I went this past Saturday for a late dinner and the service was terrible. My server showed her face only to take my order, which she got wrong; refill my drink once and to bring me my check. I ordered the new Brussel sprouts which were over-cooked and tasted like they had been doused in some sort of chemical. Twice I ordered the new Orleans seafood: from this location and the largo location and the cooks overdo the parmesan cream. I was afraid to ask for another dish to replace the Brussel sprouts due to the lack of attention but noticed a man in a burgundy shirt who looked like he could’ve been a manager peeking over the wall leading into the kitchen stating at me. When I noticed him, instead coming over to see why I sat the Brussel sprouts to the side, he turned away and went back into the kitchen. This establishment does not seem team or customer-oriented. While I was waiting for a table a young server was up front gossiping with the hostess about a table she took reluctantly that did not leave a tip. I think that’s a convo for the back of the house and certainly not for the hostess desk. This possible manager was not the only employee to walk past me while I left my side visibly untouched. The young lady who was assigned to my table did not even acknowledge that I had sat the dish to the side when she came back with the check.

Waited 24 minutes before we even got to have a seat, and there was 19 free tables open and waiters/waitresses just standing around, so first impressions weren’t very good. Then our waitress came to our table a total of 3 times which included dropping off our appetizer and main course then we had to ask 2 other waitresses for them to go get her so we could get our check and get out of here. Food was alright, but been here too long just for some pasta and a steak to eat for the main course. I’m usually not super picky about restaurant service because there are many factors that we can’t see to as why waiters and waitresses don’t visit you often, but I’m disappointed. Especially when it isn’t very busy.

So… We decided to come here for lunch before visiting family. There was no wait and we were greeted instantly. Surprisingly, the food was really good but a little on the salty side. Appetizer: Spinach & Artichoke Dip with tortilla chips. The serving size was shareable but the base of the dip was a little watery. Not sure if it’s always this way but I wouldn’t recommend it. Lunch: I had grilled chicken with seasonal veggies and spaghetti squash! Check that out — Ruby Tuesday sells spaghetti squash!!! My partner has the chicken BLT sandwich — which was also good(yea, I had a bite of hers as well) Overall: Everything was slightly over-priced and the waiters were friendly and welcoming. The food was great(in my opinion given I don’t usually done here). Would come again!

If you’re trying to decide between this location and the Ruby Tuesday in Waldorf, take the extra 15 minute drive and go to the one in Waldorf, especially if you’re ordering to-go. The portion sizes at this one are ridiculously small.

This is the absolute worst. Beyond the slow waitress that took an hour to bring apps and the overly salty food, the customers are even disgusting. The man in front of me dug his hand in the croutons and scooped them on his plate by his hand. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life.

First thing I look at when I walk into any restaurant is cleanliness and this Tuesday’s location leaves much to be desired. Remember, what you CAN see is usually the cleanest part of the restaurant. What you CANT see in the kitchen and food storage areas is probably that much worse. In this case… Flies!!! Flies flies flies. This location also has elected to use vinyl green table clothes which are an extravaganza for mildew and bacteria. It appeared as if the franchise owner is somewhat tight with money cause even my torn vinyl table cloth with the phelt exposed was still in service along with my broken, torn chair. I can understand not having $ 200,000 to overhaul the restaurant but a pet peeve of mine that was a deal breaker for me was the coating of dust on the lights hanging over the tables. The food was average. Of course they ask you how you want your burger cooked then serve you an over cooked burger patty. That I think should have been«hand crafted» now that I think about it. Not even worth the complaint. It’s almost impossible to get those frozen patties cooked right. One thing that did bother me was this location uses old plastic mugs rather than glass that had started to brown and made my water with lemon look like sewage. Service was decent and server was pleasant but of course that is determined by the volume of patronage at the time you are there. All in all the cleanliness alone is enough to keep me away. There are enough options in area to pass this Tuesday’s by.

Horrific service!!! Do not go there!!! We don’t have in Cali, we are starving and the hostess off the bat was just not friendly plus zero customer service skills. We left, would rather drive to Waldorf and eat at cracker barrel.

I wish you could give 0 stars. We went in the restaurant at 3:20 pm. The restaurant was about 25% full. We asked for a table and was told they had nothing available and it would be a very long wait. Seriously 75% of the restaurant had no one in it. Huh??? The woman in her mid 50s at the front was completely nasty. We are leaving completely flabbergasted.

Finally got a call from the district manager who apologized for the way we were all treated at this establishment. He promised changes will go into effect. We were invited back to dine at any Ruby Tuesday at cost to them. I trust that this establishment truky gets better.

Worst food and service! Will not come here again! Party of 10, weak drinks, food had hair, 1 ½ hours to get food. Manager who came to table was not customer friendly not god he know how to deal with customers. The server Summer was friendly however she wasn’t properly trained on how to deal with complaints. It wasn’t until we threatened to leave that they brought our food which was 20 min after the server said the food was ready. The worst birthday dinner had by all(3 ppl celebrating tonight).

Giving two stars was very generous! Service: My parentals and I went to dinner here yesterday. The hostess had no type of customer service training. She didn’t open her mouth to let us know our table was ready. She stood there and stared at us until she got our attention. I had to say«Oh, are you ready for us?» She nodded her head! Ugh! That was STRIKEONE. STRIKETWO: When we sat down, our waiter came and we ordered our drinks and appetizer. My parents drinks came out… Mine took 15 to 20 minutes. I only ordered a strawberry lemonade! Mind you… It wasn’t crowded in there ATALL. STRIKETHREE: Guess what… After 45 mins to an hour… Our main entrees came out and never received our appetizer! Oh we were HOT! My mouth was watering for the 4 Way Sampler too! UUUUGH! We spoke with the manager and he apologized for everything. He did not charge us for the appetizer and took a percentage off out check. I appreciate him doing that! Besides all of that… Our food was pretty good. That was my first time trying the pretzel burger there. Can’t wait to eat the appetizer for lunch later on today! :) I would recommend that that Ruby Tuesday to start interviewing their workers(there is no way that those workers were interviewed) and weekly or monthly training.

The food is good but everything else about this place is horrible. If you ever attempt to come in within 20 minutes of closing you will be met in the rudest way. Typical pg county business But it’s one of the only places that is open at late night.

I continue to give this place the benefit of the doubt only because the food is decent. However, when u –call an order in, they leave u hanging on the phone for up to 15 minutes @ which point u get so aggravated I hang up. If u want the food bad enough & dare call back… The line is busy. Continuous calling to finally get through & wait more. This is every time. This particular time, we get there & they claim they never received a call in from us. My husband knew it was a lie, I had them on loud speaker. #HORRIBLESERVICE#

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant. So regardless of the fact you have customers waiting and open table the fact that no one was assigned the customer walking in the door is simply a #Fail to understand service. After ten minutes of sitting and not even being greeted is ridiculous. Marcus did, after I stopped him, take on the disgruntled couple who decided to stop in. Thanks him, we stayed. Chances of our return to our neighborhood #Ruby Tuesday, #NotLikely
