Shoreline Wildlife Management

So i had a bat, IN my bedroom, in the middle of the night. This was not a good thing. I won’t bore you with the details but i can tell you that I was beyond unhappy. I was new to the home and to the area so via google I found Lenny and… he saved the day.
I think he could tell on the phone that I was beSIDE-​myself and he did his best to talk me through the realities of my situation and gave me a thorough overview of the processes — and was completely upfront and clear about his fees, et cetera.
He then went out of his way to arrive at my home as quickly as possible and was, again, absolutely thorough — not only did he remove the bat, but he then inspected my entire home attic to basement. However, being that my roof is super-​tall, he was not able to check the exterior of the chimney.
SO, after having been paid in full and then inspecting the whole house (though, really, he was not in least bit obligated to do ANYthing but get the bat out), he came back a couple of days later with a super-​tall ladder and not only ruled out the chimney exterior as a factor, but while he was up there did some preventative sealing of it just to be safe.
I’d use him again in a milli-​second and recommend him highly.

Fair warning! He charges $ 150 to come give you and estimate! Feel totally scammed by Lenny! Very upset and wouldn’t trust him. He claimed he told me about this, I NEVER would have agreed to this. Very unprofessional.

My wife and I are new residents to the Connecticut shoreline. When we noticed some large black insects near a windowsill and baseboards last fall, we assumed they were a form of termite. But we knew they were bad, as they were in the throes of swarming and dying. Because of positive recommendations online and from area residents, we contacted Lenny.
He was prompt to his appointment and extremely knowledgeable and generous in sharing information about the insects and wildlife in our geographic area. He quickly diagnosed a carpenter ant infestation as well as some vermin issues we were having. All taken care of, promptly and for a reasonable price.
Lenny takes great care in offering an array of solutions. He explains what products he uses and why. He is meticulous, thoughtful, and respectful of his clients and of the wildlife — a sensitivity honed after decades of helping homeowners coexist in an active, natural environment.
Lenny is a consummate professional and we wholeheartedly recommend his services.

We’ve had Larry come over a few times for pest inspections (mice, bedbug checks). He has always done a very thorough inspection, explaining what he finds as he works. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He’s also very flexible with appointment times, and will call us if he’s running late (usually due to shoreline traffic).
