The Clinton location sucks! And it’s a new location so you’d think it would be clean and efficient. Not so much! The food is gross, they forgot my drink and when I ask for hot they give me mild. Is it that hard to work at a fast food restaurant? Not that reviews matter to the company but maybe to someone who is thinking about going here will reconsider. Not only is the food subpar but it’s expensive. Fast food these days is shit at most places and over priced. I will never go back to Taco Bell again at any location.

I love Taco Bell so much!!! It’s the yummiest fast food ever! When this location opened, they were the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Like no one else there and I waited 25+ minutes. Enough to make you mad. But the last 3 times I’ve been there has been less than 10 minutes. Definitely impressed :)

After being recommended to this particular location by a friend of mine I read the reviews and admittedly was somewhat dubious. However I think that previous reviews must have experienced something anathema to my own. I found the location clean. The employees polite(they even jumped out and held the door for me as I was burdened with carrying my baby at the time) and honest with their opinions. I found the food was of better quality in its assembly then most Taco Bell franchises I have been to. What little might have been lost in speed was more than made up for in quality and control. By far one of the better Taco Bell and fast food experiences I have had in months. Kudos to the management staff and workers.

I visited this brand new Taco Bell location within the first month it was open. At 9PM, the parking lot was nearly empty and there was no one in the Drive Thru lane, which I used. The staff was friendly enough, and the time it took to get my order was decent for my experiences with most Taco Bells, that is to say it took less than five minutes being the only car in line. However, once I got home with my three items, I was pretty upset. One potato burrito was OK in quantity and flavor, but nothing spectacular. The one crispy taco was woefully lacking in all the ingredients, but still tasted ok. The one Soft Taco I got turned out to be a pathetic little dab of meat-like paste smeared on a tortilla, less than a teaspoon of lettuce, and no kidding, about ten individual strands of shredded cheese. If I hadn’t paid nearly $ 2 for this thing, it would have been comical. So, I complained on the Taco Bell website and was contacted by the Store Manager, and he let me know that there were numerous complaints that night because there was a shift supervision problem which he had rectified(shift manager fired). Then, I figured all was well. I visited again two weeks later. Approximately 7PM, nearly empty parking lot, but now three cars in front of me at the drive thru. The first car was there over seven minutes after I got there, I don’t know how long before I arrived. The car in front of me took another 4 – 5 minutes to get one bag of food. I had been in line for 12 minutes by this point and didn’t feel like waiting another 4 – 5 minutes for three tacos, so I pulled away as soon as I could escape and went to Jimmy John’s across the street(took 45SECONDS to get my one sandwich). To recap, I have always known that Taco Bell is the slowest drive thru(park and wait) «fast» food establishment and I usually don’t bother if there is more than one car in line, but THIS particular store has lost any possibility of me ever buying anything there again in my life.
