Taco Bell

very unprofessional and unwilling to give me a refund. they messed up my order and the manager was giving me attitude. do not recommend.

I ordered a taco supreme and a crunchwrap supreme with extra sour crème and they messed up both items. My taco had no sour cream at all and the crunchwrap had one tiny dab of sour cream and a tiny dab of meat at one side of the wrap. What a disappointment. How hard is it to put sour cream on a taco? Take my advice and drive the extra distance to a different taco bell.

I’m not reviewing a fancy Mexican restaurant so don’t compare this review to these type of place. I’m reviewing taco bell and my visit. The kid taking my order was really nice, seemed happy to be there, and had a positive attitude. I ordered the boss nachos and a drink. The food tasted good. The restaurant was clean. Overall a good experience on this day. I haven’t been to a taco bell for over a year.

On occation, my wife and I enjoy a visit to Taco Bell. There are several near us to choose from. We have visited this location about six times, each visit becoming less frequent over ten years. The most recent was about a month ago.
Here’s my beef: I’ve never had a decent experience at this location, and have had, quite literally, the two worst experiences in my life with fast food visits. About three years ago, I spent 25 minutes in line at the drive thru at about 7 at night.
Within a week, giving them the benefit of the doubt, I went again.
AFTER 40 MINUTES, WHICH I TIMED, I asked the guy in line behind me to please back up, that I was leaving. He obliged, and I drove over to Wendy’s, ordered, paid, got my food, and drove back past Taco Bell. The car that had been waiting ahead of me at the window was STILL THERE!!!
I called the next night and spoke to a manager, who merely gave a plethora of bullcrap excuses.
I tried again about a month ago, just to see, and ended up in line, ALONE, for 12 minutes. I’ve had fine restaurants bring me Prime Rib faster than that.
This is only my second review on Unilocal,but considering the magnitutude of the infraction, I had to make it one of my first reviews.

Even though Taco Bell is meant to be fast food the time from when I got to the board to order to the time I got my food was close to 15 minutes. I could have cooked tacos that were healthier and cheaper at home by the end of this.
The food didn’t even taste super fresh which is the worse part of it taking a while to get it. However, the food was eh.ok. That’s the only reason it’s getting two stars than one.
