As a new mom, I love this store. I wish there were more locations, however, they have convenient online shopping and free shipping to your home.
What I Love:
* friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff
* variety of products
* price match — YES people, they price match, so bring your proof of competitors price. But you can’t use coupons when price matching, HOWEVER, you can use rewards money (see next point). Also note, they need to be the exact item (color and all).
* rewards — this is so appreciated as I will constantly need to buy baby items and after getting X points, you get $x in rewards — note, you can bank these because they do expire. So get get signed up online so you can monitor your purchases and points.
* trade in — watch for the annual trade in. Bring in your used equipment and get 25% off a big ticket item. We recently took advantage of this and saved $ 140 on our next step car seats.
* They accept competitors coupons. You know those Bed, Bath & Beyond coupons you get in the mail, well, bring them with you the next time you shop here, they accept them.
* They have online chat help. I LOVE this feature, especially since I do not live in Des Moines and have questions, it’s easy to log on and get your answers and they are just as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as the associates in the store.

Stopped in here to buy presents for a friend’s baby shower. The store was very clean and very organized. The layout and design scheme is definitely the same as a Toys R Us. Just imagine Toys R Us with a bunch of baby products!
They had pretty much everything you can think of for baby products, I don’t have too much experience with shopping for baby items, but I feel like you can get almost everything here.
The staff was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely return if needed!

The staff is friendly and helpful, and that’s good because I am completely out of my element in a baby store. I found what I needed off my friends’ registry and purchased it. At checkout, I was asked if I wanted to sign up for the rewards card. I understand they have to ask everyone, but seriously?
