This is THE worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to. They were extremely rude, pushy, and their coffee was terrible. Their iced latte was more like iced milk and sugar. Definitely will not be not going there again

Unfortunately, Dunkin is cheaper than the local Starbucks, but that’s all it has going for it. They consistently get my order wrong, whenever I do go there. How you can confuse a plain, glazed, hole in the center doughnut for a jelly doughnut is beyond me. How you can give someone chocolate ice cream when cookie dough was ordered is also beyond me. You literally have to watch them carefully to correct all of the mistakes that they make. I would love to say that I will never come back, but sadly, when in a financial pinch, you just have to make due. I really wish that they would focus and pay attention more.

I received a large DD cup along with a gift certificate as a gift. It turned out that the cups top was defective and it constantly dribbled on my chin and shirt. I went to Closter DD and told them that the cup leaked and I asked if I could exchange it for a new one. Mind you that I’m at that DD’s a least 3 times a week. The gift was from someone that lived in the next town. So I assumed it came from there. Not that that would matter because after all it was a DD cup! Wrong. The owner acted like I was trying to return a Starbucks cup. He wanted nothing to do with returning it. I was shocked. I couldn’t believe it. I told him it was a gift from someone and that I wouldn’t have a receipt. ITWAS A GIFT!!! He started to tell me that the DD are all different and you can’t return something that was bought some where else. You can’t just do that. I was like but it’s still a DD cup!!! It’s not like it’s from another company. He said they’re all different and even his coffee was different. Well that just stopped me in my tracks. Do they not sell DD coffee? I was totally confused and told him that he just lost my business. Like I said I’m there a few times a week and that doesn’t include how many times my Husband stops there. I also work in a school not far from there and we always make a run for DD’s BUT I can tell you right now there will be no DD runs to the Closter one. What an awful manager. Lost a lot of business because of a $ 4 dollar cup!!!

I love Dunkin Donuts but the experience I had here makes me never want to go to another Dunkin Donuts ever again. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Seriously, it took pretty much a whole room of people screaming my very simple order multiple times for the guy to finally get it. Upon«getting it,» he still got the order wrong. Twice. I really don’t understand how you can mess up something so bad. Oh, and I believe he grabbed my doughnut with his bare hands — no paper of anything. Gross. Plus, the Baskin Robbins ice cream next to it looked disgusting and grimy. I def. will not be returning. You’re better off driving 5 minutes to the Demarest location or better yet drive 10 minutes and go to the Cresskill one… drive through and all.

Pretty standard dunkin donuts located in a small plaza in Closter next to Ray’s Pizza. The store itself is very small but has the standard fare. The staff are friendly but at times they run out of items. Worth a visit if you need donuts or coffee or let’s face it… a box of 50 munchkins. Parking is easy but watch out for crazy drivers in this parking lot!
