When Dunkin Donuts Iced tea is done right it’s great, but this location can’t seem to get it right. It always tastes like it’s been filtered through sweat socks.

I recently ordered a frozen hot chocolate from here, and it was given to me without a lid and with attitude. Hey guy, I get that you probably have other stuff going on, but don’t let it affect the way you serve your customers. His superior apologized for him, but if the server can’t handle his emotions in a work setting, he shouldn’t be working until he can. On a different note, I ordered the Chicken Biscuit this morning and it tasted delish! The only thing I would fix is the texture. My sandwich was served WARM and not burnt(a major plus for Dunkin Donuts), and I’m pretty sure it was the biscuit, but every time I took another bite, I felt like I was chewing on burnt bread(you know, that sand-like texture). It wasn’t overbearing, but it was definitely noticeable. I’d come back though, not for the attitude and probably not for the chicken biscuit, but their other sandwiches are good and they never get my coffee wrong.

There are more than 8,000 dunkin’ donuts in the United States, but this one is as good as it gets. The manager(otherwise known as Danny Deesh(or just Deesh)) knows how to run a franchise effectively and efficiently with his 2 years of experience in just Dunkin’ Donuts alone, and a whopping 2300 on the SATs(we’re talking 99.9 percentile here folks). This Dunkin’ is probably the only one that gets your orders right 100%, has their iced coffee actually as cold as ice, and delivers each donut with a smile on everyone’s face.

Good coffee, quick service, varied donuts! They even have a drive through. What’s not to like?
