This location was the best until this past year. You have to wait 20 – 30 minutes whether inside or drive-​thru. If I have an appointment; I no longer stop.
We used to eat there a minimum of twice a week.

Apparently the well trained staff is all gone. Service is super slow in a consistent basis. They routinely screw up the orders. You will one napkin if you order a 20 piece box of chicken. It’s faster to go to a sit down restaurant.

Good food but consistently the slowest fast food place in Lake Wylie. The second window is rarely open. Even when the line is around the building. We just left and it took 25 mins to get through and the second window was not open.

Horrible service from people who just don’t seem to care. Not as if Bojangles standards are really high, but if you can imagine this one is well below that standard …

Legendary sweet tea. For. Real. I think Bojangles has the best sweet tea by a fast food franchise. The family and I stopped here for a quick lunch before heading to Lake Wylie, SC. The restaurant was super clean (bathrooms too!) and the staff was really friendly.
