«ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BASKIN-​ROBBINS I HAVE EVER SEEN!»
Those were the words I shouted out as I left in complete disgust. Before you write me off as a malcontent, let me state that my wife worked as the manager of a Baskin-​Robbins for many years and my two sons worked there part-​time.
Here’s what happened: I walked in at opening time and waited while the sole employee waited on a customer on the sandwich side for 5 minutes. I checked out the ice cream cake freezers and was surprised to see them empty except for two cakes. When the employee came over and asked what I wanted, I responded with «a small birthday roll cake with mint chocolate chip». She said «Let me see if we have that in the back» and left for a few minutes. She came back saying «No, we don’t have it», so I responded with «Well, what do you have?» She came back with a tiny round cake that was 100% ice cream and no cake. Disappointed, I said «I guess that will have to do, so when can you have it ready?» She asked «When do you need it?» and I answered with «Late this afternoon», to which she responded they couldn’t do it. I was stunned because THEY HAD ALL DAY TO WRITE «HAPPY BIRTHDAY»! However, this apparently is MUCH too difficult a challenge for this store and its incompetent and/​or lazy employees. I have patronized many BR establishments and NEVER HAVE ENCOUNTERED SUCH A LACKADAISICAL STAFF! AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!

HORRIBLE customer service.
Employees running back and forth between Baskin Robins and sandwich shop. Took forever just to buy an ice cream cake.
They never have a manager on site.
I purchased a stale frozen hard ice cream cake that kids didn’t like (yes 11 kids didn’t finish their portion).
Called immediately but again no supervisor with any decision authority so, was told to come back the next day. So I did and she said sorry nothing can be done about it. I bought it and that’s final.
Not even an «I’m sorry for kids not liking it», nothing!

I visited this BR with the intention of using a coupon of $ 1 off a $ 4 or more purchase that is available after completing the survey printed on the receipt.
My original receipt was printed July 8 ’14 & had the survey code written in the space provide. My survey was completed within the allowed time & I was provided with a valid code, so I thought.
As I presented the receipt to the cashier, she looked at it & then called another employee. As they communicated in their own language I was unclear what was being said. Then the cashier turned to me & said it was not valid & expired because the original receipt with the code was for the month of July & they were no longer honoring those codes/​discounts for the month of August. She said that promotion was over.
She said there was nothing she could do.
I proceeded to check out & was given my receipt. Ohhhh whattttt!!! Look at my new receipt for the month of August! Same promotion/​survey on this months receipt.
I’m gonna complete the survey & go back tomorrow & see what you say! Complete stupidness, I tell you!

Like this BR because they accept all my coupons hehe ;) but this location has the iciest ice cream of all the BRs! The toppings are untouched and look ancient!
The owner (I assume) had to open a can of pineapple from the back because I guess no one orders toppings? Then proceeded to make the saddest lookin sundae I’ve ever seen… Small scoops and drowning in room temp fudge… But I guess it tasted OK ²⁄₅ stars.
With expensive prices and mediocre ice cream… I would rather buy supermarket ice cream, rite aid, or coldstone anyday! Only come if you desperately need to use your coupons!

They do the best ice cream birthday cakes. Fast friendy services. Yummy and beautiful outcomes. Great pricing on the custom order cakes too

It’s just like every other B-​R in the world, they are a good addition and a great way to enjoy balmy evenings in Clovis. You have to like their ice cream!
No comment regarding Togo’s.
