We had an appointment, and they were ready for us, no waiting to get our truck in on time. Quick diagnoses and quick repair, they gave us several options and let us pick what we wanted to do with our truck. Very good experience, no hustle, no hassle and priced fairly!

Houston, TX
Needed emergency repairs while passing through Clovis NM today. Stopped at Bison E.V. Center. Their service department was closed but Bill the V.P. took pity on us and opened up the shop. He did all the work himself. Thirty minutes and $ 40.00 later we where back the road. There are still good guys out there.

What a find! Our inverter failed and we called for help. Bill said he was backed up but come in and he would look at it. He spent at least half an hour with us, explaining everything to a couple of complete non technical people. He came up with a simple, inexpensive solution.
Courteous, service-​oriented, competent, comforting and absolutely no «sales job». What more can you ask!
Very grateful to find any time but especially when traveling. Thanks much!
