HOLY SMOKES!!! If there could be 10 stars, they’d get them all. We had a horrible experience with another company dispatched by our home warranty company. I called Chris this morning at 7:50 A.M. I explained the problem and he was on the roof by 10:00 a.m. He ran to get the part and had it installed and A/​C running by noon! What took him just 4 hours, had not been accomplished by the other company in 6.5 weeks! My sister-​in-​law is finally getting the service she should’ve got from Day 1. Chris was recommended from a trusted family member and we couldn’t be any happier! You guys ROCK!!!

A home inspector recommended Capriotti Air & Heating and we are so grateful. The owner, Chris Capriotti, was at our house within 2 hours of our telephone call and our air conditioner was working again in less than 45 minutes (the forecasted high for the day was 107). We will recommend this company to anyone looking for service/​repairs. The cost to repair was also very reasonable.

Chris came out quickly upon receiving my call (knowing it is supposed to be 106 degrees today) and efficiently diagnosed and repaired the problem with my air conditioning unit. He is an expert in his field, professional, and I highly recommend him.
