Chill Yogurt

This is the spot for some awesome yogurt. The customer service here totally rocks. I love that they have a TV and free WiFi so I can get online and surf the internet.

Stopped in after lunch with my children. The yogurt was fine but the cashier was really nice. I am not sure if he was the owner or an employee.

The yogurt top notch. Supporting local small business, a plus. Everything a yogurt shop should be! I encourage everyone to come out to Chill, meet Mike and his crew, enjoy some great yogurt and have a great experience.

My son and I decided to stop in and check this place out. We walked up to the yogurt machines on the wall and for the longest times was seriously confused as to which flavor was which, after realizing that the flavors are written in chalk on the wall above the machines we chose our desired yogurt. That is the first thing I noticed should be changed… the flavor labels just didn’t stand out. We went to the wall that had toppings to chose from and thought it was a little generic looking. We chose fresh fruit from a tray that was kinda hidden, luckily the lady before me showed me. That is something else I would change. The fruit was hidden in the corner under this black tray. I just think people choose yogurt over icecream for healthier reason maybe… thats why I chose this place over coldstone that was right across the street and for the fruit to be hidden and in the corner was a little odd to me. Then we payed, had amazing customer service by an an super cool guy, sat down and realized that most of the toppings i chose were stale and rock hard. My son didn’t even eat his because he didn’t like it. After sitting there and looking around the enitre store seemed so cold and generic. I think if they would put just a little more time and effort and a little (not a lot) of money into making it feel better in there I think they would have better results. The chalk wall is awesome. My son loved that! The customer service is great, that is hard to find these days! They donate money to help sponsor a child in need, that is awesome! Like I said, they have the general idea down and its a great idea… but they should work on some small details! I have faith in this little family owned business. Dont give up!

Only 8 yogut to Choose from, if u want a sample of a flavor the cashier has to get it for you. The fruit toppings looks old and again not a large selection of fresh fruit and for the hard candy and nuts; it’s located on the wall which is really Weired bc it’s not Easy to get. But the cashier was so nice he was so helpful. I give the young guy a 5 star for his service. I wouldn’t come back but I did like the stamp card tho, buy 8 and get 16 oz for free.

Had a tummy ache after I had yogurt here. I love the concept, like Yogurt Land and all, but this is far from it. The toppings didn’t seem fresh and the flavors all had that artificial sugar flavor to them. My daughter and I were really excited to see this open up in my neighborhood, but neither of us liked it. Hopefully they can find ways to improve and stick around.
