My husband and I looked at appliances there about a year ago and the owner (not sure on her name) but she was so helpful and great. We definitely plan on using them again!

Found a new washer/​dryer here pretty quickly. If you like GE appliances, you’ll love this place. They carry only GE appliances because GE is the only large appliance manufacturer that has a certified factory and repair shop in town (not Samsung, Kenmore, Frigidaire, LG, etc.). This way, you’re guaranteed to get your oven/​dryer/​dishwasher/​whatever to the maker for certified fixes in case something goes wrong. And GE is a good brand, so don’t assume it will happen often.
This business is local, as you can tell by the personalized customer service, the way they remember you, and how efficient they are at finding what you’re looking for and getting it to you. Though they are small, having perhaps ten to fifteen of each type of appliance on the floor, I recommend coming here to see their selection, to anyone interested in GE appliances.

One star only because I could not give 0. Have been here twice within the last year once by myself and today with my wife. Only went back because she wanted to go there. Both times I was treated rudely, when they were told we were just starting to look the first time I was told I needed to act now because of price increases, today we were told we needed to act now because of rebates. When it became clear we were not ready to buy today we were ignored, not even a goodbye thanks for coming in. Will never set foot in this store again and will tell everyone I know of my experience.

KAR is right… expensive, and then to top it all off, lousy service.
For years we bought appliances at Bilstins, but they have closed their doors. So sad. Hubby went to Clovis Appliance and bought a new GE dishwasher that only washed one load of dishes before it quit working. GE repair not very helpful, it would be a week before they could send a repair person. Clovis Appliance not much better except to offer a different phone number for service a few days sooner.
If you sell a defective dishwasher, you should be willing to replace it. Boo on Clovis Appliance.

In the past few years I’ve been in the market several times for televisions, refrigerators, and washers/​dryers. Since my space is itty-​bitty, I prefer the smaller brands manufactured for the European market.
Each time I’ve stopped here I’ve been assisted by friendly staff who seem to know their inventory inside and out. They also offer free delivery in the area.
So why haven’t I bought anything from them? One reason, really: this place is e.x.p.e.n.s.i.v.e. Ghastly expensive, frankly. And when you figure in the sales tax… To borrow a phrase from my grandfather, it’s too rich for my blood.
