This was the most painful haircut I have ever had. I believe her name was Maria that did my hair, and she dug the clippers in my head about 6 times. Never going back.

If i could give no stars and leave a review, i would. I went in yesterday asking for long layers and bangs. I even brought in a picture for reference. What I left with is a disaster. It looks like a five year old took a dull knife to my hair. The layers on one side are longer than the other and nothing is blended. Not to mention she hacked off more hair than I wanted gone. This is the worst haircut I’ve ever had and I’ve been a test dummy for friends practicing for their licensing exams. I will NEVER be back. I can’t even hide the damage she did. DO NOT GO TO FLORA! In fact, give your kid some scissors and let them cut it. I guarantee you’ll be happier.

I started going here when my normal gal at another shop wasn’t available and I was in desperate need of a hair cut. I ended up getting Geneva and this turned out to be great. I noticed that the shop here is very clean and updated décor. All of the staff was very friendly, but Geneva treated me fantastic. She did a great job on my hair and was friendly throughout the cut. I have been back now several times and quite honestly, she does just as well, maybe even better than my last gal did on my hair. This is my new regular spot to get a hair cut. I also highly recommend Geneva.

I’ve been going there for about 5 years now… been through many a stylist but once you find one that cuts your hair the way you want, the wait is totally worth it. Usually there is a line, just call up to an hour before you want to get seen and there is little wait.
