Round Table Pizza

I order online and to pick up my order was at 5pm and had to wait 20 minutes for it to be ready

I really don’t like writing reviews unless I’ve been really disappointed and this is one of those moments. I just got off of work and ordered a pizza and wings since they’re literally 2 minutes away from my work and it said it’s be ready in 25 minutes. Get there at 9:52 and I understand they close at 10 so I apologized and even left a tip. When I get home I find the hot buffalo wings I ordered are plain and have no sauce whatsoever. Also, I asked for small diced pepperoni and received regular pepperoni, not a big deal but still. Just extremely disappointed because I LOVE Round Table but I won’t be back after tonight.

Went here because my boyfriend wanted too… I seemed to always get the same service when here. The staff just seems to have an attitude and they’re completely uninterested in their job.
I got a salad and the bar was lacking items. There was only a few things of silverware too and it was all in one container. Had to fish for a fork. Other than that it tasted fine.
We got a large pan crust pizza with pepperoni and linguica. Took about 20 mins to get out so not bad. But holy moly it was greasy. I normally am ok with a greasy pizza, but this one was one I had to pat down with a napkin. Tasted alright after it had been patted down, but not the greatest.
If they’d ease up on the grease and smiled a little bit then maybe I’d be happy to come back…

INATTENTIVE CREW.
The restaurant a mess when we got there on a Sunday at 12:30 pm. Half the tables needed bussed. The open tables needed wiped down. The salad bar was a mess and was never serviced while we were there. The pizza bar was never restocked and customers were asking for pizza. Very disappointing. I suspect the manager gets Sundays off. She needs to make a surprise visit and crack the whip.

Ordered «west combo» pizza which is not on the menu, it was delish!!! I loved fresh mozzarella cheese with small pepperoni, tomato and balsamic glazes on top of the well cooked dough. :) staffs were so friendly. Will come back again.

Pizza was good but the inside of the place needs some attention. 90% of the tables were left dirty the entire time we were there. Suggestions: Have the cashier wipe down the tables when he’s not taking orders. Instead he was visiting with one of the other guys on his assigned break. Makes the appearance of the place not good.

I placed an order online this evening and when it arrived, the sauce I’d asked for wasn’t with our order. I called the store and let them know. The delivery driver came by not five minutes later with tons of sauce. He apologized and was super professional and polite. I can’t believe they made a special trip just to fix a small error. Love round table. Best customer service of any pizza place I’ve ever ordered from.

Love the pizza but the customer service is horrible. Went in two times and the big boy who rang us up (same guy both times) was rude and disrespectful so have not returned

Ordered pan crust, got thin crust! Pizza looked sloppy and over cooked. Paid $ 20.00 for XL, not happy with my order. I guess I take half the blame for not checking it in store. Would have taken it back but I live across town and kids were hungry.

Ordered online for delivery… used a coupon code for 15% off. Delivered quickly and order was correct… that’s the end of the positive feed back! The wings were HORRIBLE! I mean really crappy! The pizza wasn’t good either! It was sauce-​less! I guess there’s a reason why I stick to me n eds!

Okay so this is the only, Round Table Pizza in Clovis. That being the situation, Elsie and I order from here every once in a while. so we call in our order a large triple peperoni with half mushrooms and other half sausage. thick crust and an order of boneless wings. simple enough the guy on the phone says it’ll be ready in about 30 minutes. cool so we show up, pay for our order I open the box look at our awesome pie… and its the wrong one, which Is okay don’t mind it was just a large pep with original crust I wouldn’t have mind except for the fact that we had to pay almost an extra $ 2 for the other two toppings. so I tell the girl at the counter I’m sorry this isn’t our order, she then calls the manager over and he right away apologies for the mix up offers to make us an extra large of our pizza and offered us free drinks while we wait. so we wait about 15 minutes and he brings out our extra large plus the pie they first gave us. so all in all we had a mix up and they fixed it they way they should have and plus went way over the customer service level i was used to. so I thank the crew for being so awesome and handling the problem the way they did! keep it up guys! will for sure keep ordering from this location.

Pizza is delicious no doubt! Presentation is solid and they constantly bring out fresh pizza to the buffet bar during lunch service. I couldn’t even get to the salad because the pizza was so bomb! My only complaint would be the cinnamon sticks were not moist enough and this restaurant needs wifi ASAP!

wow great service and a delicious pizza! right on time and right to my door. I called and asked for specials and was told about this specialty pizza and decided to try it. Glad I did.

This place is a mess with horrible service and even worse food! I tried to order the pizza buffet at lunch and was informed it was over even though it was exactly 1:31 (done at 1:30 even though the two customers in line in front of me were able to order it). I asked the cashier (actually a clerk who obviously did not want to be there) if they had sandwiches an she said yes but wasn’t sure what all they had («ham, turkey, and an Italian one it think»?). I opted for the salad bar which was almost totally empty and an absolute mess too. The tables and floor were filthy as well. I’m done at that place!

We got there right at open, 11 AM. Pizza didn’t make it out for lunch until 11:30 for the buffet (If I would have known I would have gone elsewhere as I was on a time schedule). One of the booths had a 3 foot rip in the seat, the buffet including the soda fountain was dirty from the day before I can only assume since they just opened. There was food on the floor, etc. The food tasted OK. I have to admit I was a bit afraid to eat it given the state the restaurant was in… I wouldn’t go back sorry to say. I have eaten here several times before and had a pleasant experience each time. This is the first time I have been there in over a year and it’s much different; dirtier.

Was actually OK, went in with REALLY low expectations and was a little surprised, had the thin crust flat-​bread and it was good. Might order again for delivery as there were FAR TOO MANY unattended children for me!

Worst experience at a restaurant ever. I almost always give restaurants the benefit of the doubt, but this was a bad experience. The girlfriend and I decided to grab a bite after church on a Sunday evening, so we decided on Pizza hut. After paying for our order, we had to walk to the very back of the store to find a table that was clean. There was food on the ground, half eaten pizza and sugar packets spread out over almost every table. There was only one other couple there and they ended up taking theirs to go, so it wasn’t like they were too busy to clean. I had ordered a salad, so I went over to the salad bar after wiping down our table. The lettuce and condiments looked like they had been sitting there for hours, there were condiments all over and mixed in with other condiments. It was very offsetting. I decided to skip the salad bar and go eat our pizza. Thankfully the pizza tasted good. We tried to finish our food and get out of there as soon as possible. I couldn’t help but notice that three of the employees were sitting at a table watching a game on TV. Very offsetting experience, I definitely won’t be eating here again, regardless of the price.

I really enjoyed the pizza lunch buffet here. There are plenty of tables to sit at especially if you’re going to be munching on a lot of pizza and salad. The Local Pizza is really good, but get there before the rush. Usually the rush comes by at 12pm exactly. We got there around 11:30am and it was perfect timing. We got a good spot to eat and had a good time. You can actually watch the employees hand make the dough and prepare the pizza right in front of you.

The pizza here is a bit on the greasy side but it sure is good. I have been here on a few occasions and all the employees were really nice. They have a window where you can watch the employees making the dough. There was a toddler age boy watching them make the dough and the guy came out and brought him a chunk to play with. I thought that was really cool… it is stuff like that which separates places I go to and places I love to go to.
