One of the best Italian food in Fresno! We ordered lasagna, burger, clam chowder, and limoncello. The clam chowder soup was one of the best I have ever had. It was my favorite along with the limoncello. The burger was pretty good as well. The lasagna was filling. It has a lot of meat. Next time I will try the eggplant dish.

I went here last night with my best friend and his girlfriend. It was seriously the best place I have been too in fresno. The food was amazing. The service was amazing. We had the bruchetta and this mushroom appertizer. Omg that was seriously delicious. The home made bread rood with the garlic and oil was to die for. We then had soup i had the clam chowder which was to die for! My buddy had the ministrone which was also to die for!!! As food I had the Italy plate which comes with home made ravioli, fetucini alfredo, and chicken parm. The entrée was so amazing. I even had leftovers to bring home. This is for sure a place that i will come back too! Great atmosphere and amazing workers!!!

From service to food-it was great. The reason for the 4 stars was due to the request for angel hair noodles on my spaghetti carbonara and I received linguini… but overall, I would definitely come back.

They STILL have not adjusted the prices on their take out menus to make sure that they’re accurate. I’m sorry, but it’s not ok to charge four dollars more on each entrée than what the menu states. And they’ve continuously stated that they would change them out soon. Haven’t yet, and it’s been a very long time. Also, tried their Parmesan garlic fries. Worst I’ve ever tasted. Their clam linguine is still really good, but overpriced.

I have been coming into this place for a few years now. The last few times we have been in or ordered to the the chicken that was ordered was way overcooked on one side. The remainder of the order was average at best. It seems like the quality of the food has been going down along with the service. With plenty of other options available in the area we will be sourcing new dinner choices.

Alana was an outstanding waitress/server! She made us feel relaxed and comfortable immediately. Alana had a nice friendly personality and ease which is so rare at restaurants these days! Very nice and was especially useful in suggesting pastas and sauce combos. She told us that the gnocchi were handmade, so was the pappardelle. Enough said! My hubby got a huge meatball in tomato sauce to eat along with the scrumptious lighter than air rolls.(Which were offered warm with garlic oil.) We ordered the gnocchi with Alfredo parmigiana in ½, and garlic and butter in the other. They were equally excellent and light, coated in a flavorful sauce which would have been more delightful if we had obeyed her suggestion in the beginning. Order some meat and veggies to mix in. Delicious top-notch service excellent food almost all the pasta is made on premises daily.

I have to say I wasn’t impressed! We ordered delivery. It took about an hour, which is a standard delivery time, totally fine. The food averaged about $ 15 an entrée for dinner, at least for what we ordered. I ordered the chicken sandwich that was smothered in a mayonnaise pesto sauce. Good but not great. We also ordered the Four Cheese Mac for our kids to share. While the portion was a good size, it was really greasy! It came with a side of clam chowder that was completely disgusting. The whole top layer was oil. It was lumpy from being so oily. I had heard such great reviews and was so excited when I found out they delivered. Sadly it was a flop and most of the food ended up getting thrown away.

The food was okay. I liked the atmosphere, it really felt like a family joint. Probably won’t be a repeat offender here though.

We had a girls night out dinner here on a Tuesday evening. None of us had ate here before but had heard it was delicious. Each of us got something different and everyone said they enjoyed their food. We also got calamari as an appetizer which was one of the best I’ve had. For dinner I got the salmon with spinach and mashed potatoes. Everything had a great taste and I was impressed. My friend didn’t like the wine sauce on her seafood pasta and they gladly cooked her a new dish with a butter Parmesan sauce. The service on drinks and refills was not the best but it looked like the lady who was doing that service had the whole restaurant. Is definitely recommend eating here. Would have received 5 stats if the drink service was a little better. I’ve heard it gets busy on the weekends, so maybe a midweek visit would be best.

Best Pizza I have ever eaten! Most flavorful best crust. Loaded with meat and sweet peppers. Consistently good food never had anything bad. Their calzone is amazing too!

Food great. Absolutely amazing service. My only knock is the older gentleman that I believe owns the place. His wife is an absolute peach. The older man is an absolute jerk. He yells and confronts his staff in such a demeaning way that as a diner and a person I am made uncomfortable. No one should talk to anyone like that irregardless of the circumstances. I hope someone speaks with him because I come to restaurants to eat and be merry. Not to hear someone demean people for something that cannot be that bad. I hope he changes his ways or retires.

Ate dinner here and am Not impressed. Myself and my friend ordered pasta plates from their significantly higher priced menu. Since their restaurant is significantly smaller than most franchise restaurants, the fact they were extremely slow, and the fact their price point was higher I assumed their qualify would be at least mid-range. The pasta was overlooked and overs sauced, it became lukewarm very quickly, the pieces of chicken in the pasta were dry and tough, but their appetizer bread was good. The service was sub-par the server rarely came around to check on the table and my drink was left empty for a great while at times. The busboy, not the server, was attentive after I called him over and asked for tea and apologized. I only gave it 2 stars because the décor was nice, but for those looking to add a restaurant to their go-to list of quality eats, keep looking. It’s a glorified, overpriced, Olive Garden with worse food.

Food was good. Service was not. 20min for our soup and salad to come out. Which I had to remind her about. Asked if we wanted ketchup for our garlic fries. She said she’d be right back with it. 15min has gone by. Our entrees came out… Asked about the ketchup, she apologized and said she thought I said no about the ketchup. BUT the food was pretty good!

Came here for lunch with a few friends from work on Wednesday and man oh man this place rocks all of us were salivating just looking at the menu! It was pretty quiet but we showed up after the lunch rush which was nice and it was happy hour so ½ off apps, W00T! For appetizers I ordered the crab cakes which weren’t greasy at all like some places can be and the buttermilk dill dipping sauce they came with was outstanding, my friend Deb ordered the calamari OMG these things were flipping the best I’ve had anywhere including the coast they were perfectly crispy and tender NOMNOM and the only blemish to an otherwise perfect meal was the app my friend Mike ordered the 805 beer battered onion rings. Now we both were excited about these rings and when they came out I was saddened cause the rings were ginormous now I know some people like huge onion rings but I hate onions to begin with and prefer them thinner but after tasting a bite of one they were bland which was saddening cause the batter was nice and airy. On to the entrées, ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara and my friends ordered the Cannelloni, Seafood Cannelloni and Genoa Sandwich all of which raved about their meals. Mine was excellent from the creamy decadent cheese sauce to the crispy pancetta and the fresh homemade spaghetti all around it was an excellent experience and our server Allison was awesome especially putting up with our antics. I can’t wait to come back and try the skillet Mac n Cheeses, bomb!

This place is great. Would recommend this for family dinners or date nights. Krissie the waitress was great. Being raised in the restaurant industry I always look for service wherever I dine. She gave us great recommendations, made small talk, was knowledgable with the menu, and when we were through she asked us if we would like dessert! Loved it, felt catered to, had great food in a nice atmosphere. Will definitely go back. P. S. They’re were 5 other servers around that refilled our drinks and brought us water and packed our food to-go. They had great team work and another plus in my book for dining. I hate going to a restaurant and I need something and I catch a server or busers eye and all they say or do is I’ll go find yur server! I mean come on yur standing by the water pitcher u can give me a refill! Anyways enuff of the tangent. Love this place would gladly go back!

Their pizza is good here, I ordered the meatball something pizza and I added the pineapple for $ 14 small size, it tasted fresh, nice and crisp, not burnt and the taste was delightful with every bite. The size was also huge for a small, enough for 2 person to share, add the chili flakes and you will be in heaven. The pasta was on the meh side, my sister ordered the chicken penne pasta. It was very bland, had a very strong broccoli taste, and was not creamy tasting. Very mediocre for that particular pasta. The service was great, our server was nice. However she was too overwhelmed with the service of too many tables that she forgot our silver wear, she did apologize which was very professional. She is efficient but she was shuffling in between too many tables in my opinion. Maybe management should try to concentrate on giving servers less table to handle. The place was very intimate, but not the fanciest place or the nicest italian place I have ever been too. The complimentary bread is good, and the olive oil with roasted garlic is the bomb. Will be back to reevaluate other food.

I went here after reading some of the reviews from our community of Unilocalers. Really, it is not like there is too many good italian restaurants around Fresno at a good price(Campagne’s is a little overprice for me). The location, atmosphere and service was good. Actually, the waitress will come every 5 minutes to ask if we need something… interrupting our conversation. I would think that a good waitress will notice when people is focus in talking. About the food, the best for me was the bread with the roasted garlic in olive oil before the meal… It was fantastic. The entrees had a good flavour but TOOSALTY… my friend had the Pesto and I had the Carbonara. To be a carbonara I thought it was very creamy, too much. I think that if they would have a little more balance in their food, they will taste great. Their desserts were fairly good, nothing impressive neither. But i can say that the ‘cookie” was made fresh… it smelled very good. I’ll keep trying other Italian restaurants in Fresno/Clovis…
