Me and Eds Pizza

45 plus minutes for a pick up order. I can’t believe it!!! Came in after 25 minutes I felt like that would be enough time for a pick up order. But still waiting. When I called they said it would be 15 – 25 minutes. I think that’s why I’m so upset with the service at this me and eds.

The service and of course pizza is Fantastic! The staff are so polite even when they are slammed! The manager is very professional and friendly… they always get my order right and on time. I take my kids there for friends get togethers, they love it… we all do!

I ordered a mini pizza with three toppings it took them 45 minutes to cook the pizza after other people walked in and ordered their pizza «large pizza» they somehow got theirs done first before me and all I had was a mini pizza? I don’t get it. Let’s say I won’t be back

Terrible customer service, dirty and loud. We walked in the door and stood there without being greeted for several minutes. Finally a girl walked to the counter and just stood in front of the register and looked at us. «I asked her if we could just go sit down anywhere and she said sure but did you want to order something?»
We are from out of town so have never eaten here before and did not know how things worked so I ask her if they have a white sauce and her answer is“yes” and continuous to just stand there and look at us. I finally ask her if she had a menu I can sit down and look at and she hands me a paper take out menu.
I guess you order your own food and go up to the counter to pick it up and bring it to the table yourself…
The floors are full of crumbs pieces of paper and food. Tables are sticky with crumbs and dirty glasses. Kids are just running around and since everything is concrete the sound just bounces around and it’s very loud.
The pizza is decent so I guess if you order over the phone for pick up or delivery it would be fine, or if you have kids and don’t mind them running around and screaming… but don’t expect a calm relaxing dining experience inside otherwise.

Great Customer Service, Good Pizza and Convenient Location with the best seating interior for Me and Ed’s.
I came here to have a pizza take-​out with my mum and she ordered a customized pizza: anchovies, mushroom, spinach, peppers pizza. The server was very friendly and nice. Since this location was next to traders joes, which happens to be convenient, we went to trader joes while we waited for our pizza. It took them 10 – 15 minutes I believe, very fast.
In addition this location has I think the best seating interior for any me and ed’s, the other me and ed’s i have been to has been doggy. This place had warm lighting, with wall art everywhere depicting Italian customs and pizza, booth seats that was new and inviting, sturdy tables, clean floors,. Anyways great quality dining place if you want to dine in, it also has a salad bar, and fountain drinks counter.
The pizza tasted great and toppings were generous. Not cheap pizza but surely quality.

Called to try to order some pizzas for a late meeting we were having at work but they closed because they weren’t busy. They answered the phone, the girl said «hold on, oh yeah we’re closed.» Sorry Me and Eds if you don’t want business, I went to Domino’s down the street and they’ll continue to get my business because they’ll answer the phone

Every time I order from here I always receive great customer service and I never have to wait longer than the estimated time they give me when I order. In general Me & Eds makes the best pizzas and I love the ranch!!!

I love their combination pizza; pretty much my favorite from anywhere. The personnel is pretty much what you get at a pizza parlor but I’m not their to be wowed with anything other than their pizza and a cold beer.

Pizza is hit and miss with this place sometimes. Toppings are not evenly distributed and sometimes cheese is uneven as well. But overall it is good. 75% of the time when we dine in we have to ask to have a booth or table cleaned (no joke). Just as previous posters report, its a damn mess sometimes inside during rush hours. Having worked in the pizza industry before (different chain), I can tell the employees are working their butts off. I like Me N Eds as a whole so I will continue to frequent this establishment. But it is frustrating. They are also polite but I can tell they are understaffed at times.

If it was up to me I would give the 0 stars… The customer service was terrible and extremely rude. The bathrooms were very dirty. It’s not a family friendly restaurant. Televisions on extremely loud and on the show cop’s during lunch time. I would never go again. I am so disappointed because we frequent me n ends often.

Bad experience. Decided what to order only girl in corner staring into space. I had to ask her if she would take our order. Placed our order and paid without a thank you or kiss my butt. Sat in the backroom because the booths were either taken or dirty. Pizza and salad was good. Went to the restroom after eating and it was gross. So dirty, had not been cleaned for at least a week. When we left all the booths and some tables still had not been cleaned. I hope we don’t get sick from the unclean conditions. This place is a joke. Health department should be called.

I live in a city with the second largest Italian population in America. There is no shortage of mouthwatering pizza in my life. Trust me.
Yet I constantly find myself craving the Me-n-Ed’s pies of my youth. So much so, that every trip I make back to my old home to see family and friends begins with a Personal sized Me-n-Ed’s pizza (and by Personal sized I mean Large).
Forget trips to In-​N-​Out. Me-n-Ed’s is what a pizza is all about.

740, Sunday night. Large pepperoni. Two slices didn’t even have cheese on them. The employees should at least act like they’re trying.
Place was empty, every table was dirty. Maybe a huge rush had just occurred, but it was another 20 before anyone emerged to tidy up.
Absentee management is my guess.

The pizza was down right disgusting. It took 25 mins to bake one of these disasters. I ordered one with ronni, mushroom, and jalapenos. The cheese was non-​existing, with tiny pepperonis. It literally came with canned mushrooms. The crust, yuck! Oh i almost forgot, the ketchup sauce tasted like it was spoiled. I’m not sure how this establishment survived the recession. Never again …

2 hours and no pizza. I at one hour and the guy tell me, it will be there any minute! 20 mins later… no pizza. When I called back, and spoke to 3 different people, they told me my order was on the counter because it was marked for take out! The guy on the phone flat out lied and didn’t check the order! My kids had to eat random things in the house because we STILL have no pizza. Will NOT order from here again.
The one star is for the delivery kid. Very very nice and apologetic. They didn’t even tell him the situation. Way to set the kid up!
