New store, great employees. They are so nice, friendly, patient. There’s always someone there when I need to find someone.

The store itself is fine. I have never walked in without being warmly greeted. The pharmacy however sucks donkey balls. Rude rude rude. First time there this red headed hag argued with me saying the insurance card was expired. I explained it said issued date and not expiration date but that was too hard to grasp for her. The pharmacist is always rude and in unhelpful. They will leave me waiting alone for 20 minutes while they are on the phone, sorting pills, or on the pc. How about waiting on the damn customer right in front of you? The automated phone system is a joke. Melissa is the only helpful employee that gives a rats ass.

The lady at the register in the pharmacy was rude and not helpful. Took 5 mins for anyone to even realize I was standing in line when I tried to buy a water. Had to ask for a cashier

I work right next door to this location. I’ve been going there since it was Longs. All the girls and the manager are super friendly… all except for 1! I don’t know her name and frankly I don’t care to know. She’s so rude compared to everyone else. She walks around like she hates being there, and she looks like death every day. She never smiles or thanks the customers. This cvs location would get a 5 star of she was gone!

The Pharmacist there are very rude and not that helpful. The lady that helped me didn’t seem to know what she was doing and was rude. Also, my medicine wasn’t ready when it shouldve been ready yesterday.

When this was still Long’s, it was a great store. I hadn’t been there in a long time but have been twice in the past year. What a shock! Floors are dirty and look like they needed to be replaced 5 years ago. Overall it felt unkempt and unloved.
