Wish I could place zero stars on this review. I don’t write reviews on Unilocal but I’m so frustrated that I have to write this one; the employees at this particular Walgreens are beyond incompetent. After waiting on the phone for over 15 minutes and talking to 4 different people who kept putting me on hold, I was finally able to ask my one simple question. The male employee I was speaking to apparently didn’t have a clue what he was doing because he quickly pushed the phone into his managers hands who was equally as unhelpful. After taking her advise to call customer support — since she didn’t have an answer — that individual(after a 9 minute wait) ALSO was rude, impatient, and couldn’t explain to me why my photo order got messed up. This is pathetic and awful business practice. If you can’t be polite and helpful, or at least TRY, then you have NO business being in a customer relations industry. I will never personally do business with Walgreens photo and I will always encourage friends to utilize Costco photo. Pathetic and unacceptable.

Drop off a prescription at this location and have fun with the joyride. Was told«it’ll be an hour and a half… we’ll call you» at 8:00PM. It’s now 10:57PM and waiting here pissed off beyond belief. The pharmacist just told me they are completely out of stock on one of my two Rx and«we’re just getting started» on my other one. I have a sick infant at home who is crying in pain and now I have to deal with this bullshanity. This store is also in tweakerville, be vigilant when coming here at night. Never again, never again. There, said it twice, that means I’m telling the truth! F this hell hole.

Ya know, when it’s after midnight and you roll into town and start sneezing with abandon because you’re allergic to your friend’s dogs and realize you forgot your allergy meds a 24-hour Walgreens is exactly what the doctor ordered. Yep, there are all sorts of colorful characters at Walgreens after midnight, but what do you expect? They had what I needed and we were on our way. I call that a win.

I can not stand going to this Walgreens. They are not appreciative of your business. In fact they could careless. Let me be clear I’m talking about the pharmacy not the retail part. They act like helping you is a bother. I would only go back if I have absolutely no other choices.

You can say that this post is due to annoyance but this Walgreens went down hill! This is the second time they gave us time to pick up my daughter’s prescription and every time it wasn’t ready! The first time it happened, my daughter was a month and a half old and was sick. They told us to come back at noon and my husband did and it wasnt ready. Told us to come back at 3 and still wasnt ready. Told us to come back at 9 and my husband went there at 9:30pm and still not ready??? My daughter wasnt able to take her medicine until the next day! And today, my daughter is almost 6 months old, and my husband dropped off the prescription before he went to work. They told him it will be ready by 1pm and guess what, we picked it up at 9:30PM and was it ready? NO!!! But when we pulled up, the long blonde haired girl who was working was on her phone!!! So they have time to be on their phone and text and do what they want but not do their job? Seriously? I know not being on your phone while working doesnt really happen anymore but do your job! If you dont care that people are sick and needs their meds, get a different job! And thank you for putting a «rush» on our prescription we were supposed to get 8 hours ago. Looks like you had a hard time carrying a 1 oz box that is already filled up and packaged! All you had to do is get the box, print the instructions and staple it in the paper bag! Because of unethical and neglectful employees, my family and I decided to never go in this pharmacy again. We are now going to a different pharmacy, a pharmacy who can pick up a 1 oz box!

I’ve come to realize that Unilocal isn’t just about calling businesses out on the good and the bad, but it’s also a vehicle to warn other consumers that if they’re already full of their daily quota of stupid people, some places just need to be avoided. Having said that, and now looking back and realizing I had no business getting in the Walgreens Drive-Thru line yesterday expecting good customer service, let me tell you a tale. I dropped off a prescription at 3:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon. I was told that the medications would be ready by 6. These medications were both prescribed for the sick, snotty little boy from my last review and his sick, snotty little brother. I came back at 6:15, got in the drive-thru line and when it was my turn, was told that the prescriptions weren’t ready yet and that it would be another 10 minutes. I left, picked up my husband from work, came back and got back in line again. This time,(about 6:45) I was told they only filled one prescription because the other one wasn’t covered by our insurance. I was told it wasn’t covered because it was an OTC med and that it would be considerably cheaper for me to walk in and purchase it off the shelf. So I agree, send my card up to pay, and wait. And wait. A different woman gets on the intercom and tells me the same information. I tell her I’d like to pay for the remaining meds. And we wait. About 15 minutes after that, a regular pharmacy tech gets on the phone and he tells me that my second prescription isn’t ready yet. I parrot back what I’ve been told(twice now, mind you) and am informed that I’ll need to pull through and get back in line and wait again while they fill the second med, which, it turns out, ISN’T an OTC medication and has to be filled by them. By this point, I’m crazed, because I’ve been there three times in three hours, waited over an hour in line and am now being told, «Hey, we screwed up. Please inconvenience yourself some more by going to the end of the line and waiting some more.» I told him(without cussing or screaming) why I was upset, and as I watched other irritated patrons drive off without their prescriptions, I knew it was time to switch pharmacies. AVOID, especially if you’re sick and you’d like your medication to be dispensed quickly enough to keep you alive.

Well I have been going there for 2 years now. Never know what type of service I will get been there when only one cashier is working and 5 people in line. Hmm. can’t get that. 23 minutes of my life back. Lol. That has happened so much that I called there main headquarters to complain to no avil. I believe. A lot of these big companies just don’t care about the customers but they do care. About tracking your purchases and the cash in your purse or wallet. I gave 3 stars because of 3 or 4 employes that work there that are friendly helpful and competent. I believe there hands are tied. The problem is with the manager and corporate. Again 3 stars is way to nice for the bs I encountered there but I try to see the good.

This place doesn’t deserve even one star. They actually tried shorting my prescription from 60 to 30… but the quantity was still listed as 60. I can only guess that somebody was hoping to get 30 free adderoll. I don’t plan on using this pharmacy again, and would encourage anyone using this pharmacy to count their pills BEFORE leaving the counter. In fact, request the pharmacist count them in front of you… especially a controlled substance.

If I could give zero stars I would. Yes it’s a 24 hour Walgreens and the pharmacy is always open. Great for people who HAVE prescriptions. Seeing as I don’t, the quality goes to zero. The food selections are not only always stale but over priced. Proving that people only buy shit here as a last resort. On to my main complaint, the help. There is a Latina woman who is chunky with short hair who consistently treats myself and my boyfriend like crap for no other apparent reason than.sigh. racism. I know what you’re thinking. how could i possibly know that for a fact. well, the fact that she has on multiple occasions let Latin persons intentionally skip us in line and acts all rainbows and ponies when shes talking to them and then acts like shes disgusted by having to ring us up is a clue. Also, she ignorantly assumes i cant speak Spanish because, and Ive caught her on many occasions chatting with co workers telling them to take their time getting us checked out, and to ignore us when calling the next person in line because«that tall white bitch is a pain in the ass» so ya. not a fan of an establishment that would allow such a horrible person to be a face of customer service despite the various complaints that not only i, but other customers have described to the manager.

This place is alright as a pharmacy. It’s nice that it’s 24-hours however i’ve never been able to get a prescription in under an hour. They are slow, slow, slow!!!

If you are picking up a prescription do yourself a favor and go inside instead of the drive through!

This is a 24-hour Walgreens near the Fresno State campus. They have a drive-thru pharmacy that is also open 24 hours a day, which is really handy. There are other 24-hour Walgreens in the Fresno area, but this is the only one with a 24-hour pharmacy.
