KFC

Consistent friendly service, great tasting KFC fried chicken (as far as how it should taste) for their drive thru service. I personally like to come here and order 2 chicken breast for guilty pleasures, they are about $ 2.50 (each piece + tax). My favorite being the crispy flavor, because its crispy on the outside and moist in the inside and the skin is extra heavenly; again Im here for guilty pleasure not for healthy food, so Im eating the skin and the Crispy is worth every caloric bite and extra cardio I will have to do at the gym, despite being slightly on the salty side, the taste is good, but Im not complaining. Also, KFC also offers, grilled and of course their original if your going to KFC for whatever reason when your on the healthy mood.
The main thing is to make sure you check your orders every time you get your food at checkout, I had an occurrence where they made a mistake and did not give me my correct order. So please check you food when you get it, don’t just drive off if your using drive-​thru.
I however think KFC should update their drive through machine, its very old and unclear sometimes.

Just craving KFC. Got the Famous Bowl. Have had better Famous Bowls at other KFC’s, this one was okay, not enough gravy and overloaded with mashed potatoes.
Service was good, place was clean, food was okay.

I used to love KFC chicken wings, they were delicious and crunchy. However, lately, the wings were either old and salty or raw. They need to pay more attention on cooking their chicken right.

First off can’t understand the server over the drive through speaker, mostly the speakers fault. Couldn’t finish my order so pulled around to the window. So she reviews my order, got it wrong. Told her again, she repeated it to me again, wrong. Went over it again, this time stuck on my UN sweetened tea. Told her three times it was UN sweetened. Watched her pour a new drink. So she hands me my change and drops all the coins on the ground. I couldn’t get out because you have to pull up really close to the window due to post and curb. She hands me the food and never asks or offers to give me the coin change, so I told her she owed me the coins and she looked like I asked her to recite einsteins theory. She then yelled for the manager who never showed up. I told her to forget it and drove off. So I’m out of town on business and get my dinner back to the hotel. I open the bag, no fork/​spoons or butter for the biscuit or sides, now I’m ticked. I happen to be able to get what I need from the hotel which serves breakfast. So I get back to the room, sit down to finally eat and take a swig of mySWEETENED ice tea. You gotta be kidding me. I know it’s KFC, but these are the same people they want to pay $ 15 bucks an hour to do this. This particular employee had zero customer service skills and most importantly didn’t care.

Only gave a star because I had to. I will never return here. I can’t seem to get what I order. How hard can this be. They just don’t care about their customers.

If there were a way to give negative stars, believe me, I so absolutely would! Worst food, worst service, worst management… I could go on and on. And on.
I had a minor procedure at the doctor’s office yesterday and spent most of the day sleeping. A run to KFC seemed a quick and easy dinner option to my hubby, so he ventured out in foggy conditions for a bucket of original recipe. Upon returning home he found that, apparently, one of the eleven herbs and spices used at this location is leprosy– as the chicken was sloughing it’s skin like a burn patient. In all honesty, it looked as if the chicken had been sold earlier in the day, returned, placed under the heat lamps for six to eight hours and then sold to us by someone too lazy to dispose of the «restaurant’s» garbage. Then, to add insult to the injury of the double bout of food poisoning for which we paid close to $ 15, the store manager couldn’t be bothered to muster more than a few, «yeah» responses when we immediately called to complain. No responsibility, no offer to replace the product or refund our money, not even so much as an apology.
I am tempted to return, toxic chicken in hand, and proceed to make a scene by actually eating a piece of this crap and then remaining in the dining area as it is projectile evacuated from my body orifices, for the lazy, discourteous, unsanitary employees to clean up. Just as they left us to clean up their mess.
Do yourself a favor and get the human thumb chili from Wendy’s.

Even though its just a regular KFC the customer service is great. The girl at register (Lynette, I believe) was friendly and professional. And she knows her stuff.

The usual good food I expect from kfc, friendly staff, I would go here again.

Awful. Awful food. The worst was chewing through a biscuit and finding two hairs. I have never been so grossed out in my life.
