Okay my man and I went last night. We first ordered online, went when it was supposed to be ready, waited for a while in store, and after that we were told it’ll be another 17 min to sauce them! Wow, the workers didn’t know what they were doing either, so we left without food. I’ve never had Wingstop but can’t now not after what I experienced.

Went to this location, cashier took forever to even place my order. The cashier Brooke, interrupted me mid order to ask for my name, then proceeded to incorrectly place my order. She forgot to place my boneless Garlic Parmesan. Received my order and got home realizing there was still unmelted butter on my baked rolls. The fries were soggy, the mild wings were dead cold. Never coming back to this location again. Also found a hair on those rolls.

We are big Buffalo Wild Wings fans, but chose Wing Stop at this location because it is closer to our home. We happily ordered online, thinking this would save time. Ordered online and paid at 12:48, confirmation said order would be ready at 1:09. When I walked in around 1:05, I told the cashier I was there to pick up an online order. She found the order and said«oh sorry, I’m just seeing this now so it’s going to be 10 minutes.» Then she asked me to pay — which I did — forgetting that my husband had already paid. She obviously didn’t catch it from the online print out either. Finally, around 1:25 — 35 minutes after we placed the order — I walked out with our order. Called as soon as I got home and checked bank account and realized mistake of paying twice. Was put on hold for at least 5 minutes before someone addressed our issue — which was having to drive back down there to reverse the second charge! Food was extremely disappointing as well — garlic parmesan was not a sauce, but powdered parmesan cheese. Limp french fries. Overall huge waste of time and money — we will not be back. :(

I ordered online to make my visit there as fast as possible seeing as I had to study up for a test. The online website said it was gonna take 20 minutes to have my order ready, I got there after 30 minutes thinking I would just go in pay and leave with my order but ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes as my order wasn’t ready. I felt I had already wasted enough time there and we were hungry so I let it slide without saying anything. Once I got home though I saw my order was actually incorrect I had ordered both orders of wings boneless but they gave me one boneless and one bone. The fries tasted stale and hard. All of this happened in one visit. This isn’t the first time that we have had issues with wingstop at this location. I strongly believe it is this location, seeing as I haven’t had any issues any where else. I will not be returning to this wingstop and recommend you do the same.

Well after reading mixed reviews I went ahead and tried Wing Stop over BWW which had the least negative reviews of the two. I ordered the 30 piece family meal and got ten of them with the mango habanero sauce and the rest with original sauce. The original tasted like Frank’s hot sauce. Not bad just thought it was going to be something special but it wasn’t bad at all. The Mango Habanero sauce I thought was excellent. The family thought it was too hot but I thought it was a nice mix of sweet and heat which was good for me because I ate them all. Very good. It came with fries which the family liked and yes they were soggy not really crisp. And it also came with carrot and celery sticks. Plus your choice of three sauces. Ranch, Blu Cheese and Honey mustard. Anthony was very pleasant taking my order and all in all I thought it was a good experience. Anthony told me it would be about 18 minutes or so for fresh wings and I figured as much as I’ve made them at home and if you want something good it usually does take some time. Just try Jocko’s on the Coast. BTW they were done in less than the time given me. Would I go back? Definitely. Will I have the same experience? I hope so but some of the other reviews seemed to have negative experiences.

Not all it’s cracked up to be. My husband and I went there tonight to grab a quick dinner. Got our stuff in a decent amount of time but didn’t have a fantastic welcome. The guy in front of us actually had to argue with the guy at the cash register to get his order right. The girl at the front was pretty nice but seemed to get a little flustered when she was asked questions. When we got our order we were a bit disappointed. It was like getting an order of crappy chicken nuggets that you had to fish for in a puddle of cheap tasting bbq sauce. They were so soggy and mushy that we didn’t even finish them. Could have made better ones myself and saved us the money. On the way out the guy cashier that was arguing with the customer when we came in was messing around with one of the other guys in the back while people were waiting in line and no one to help them. You could tell the lady was a little irritated, I would be too though. Needless to say we won’t be coming back.

I called in for pick up. I was put on hold for 5 min. The girl could not even spell my name after repeating it on the phone. She asked for my order 4 times. She wasn’t even listening to what I was saying. She could not even multi task with taking an order on the phone and writing it down. At the end, I ended getting pissed and said never mind, I’ll just pass. What kind of customer service is this if you can’t even take an order correctly!!! If you are going to work at a fast food place, I expect you to be properly trained to provide some skill of customer service. So these people are being hired to represent the company wing stop? That is horrible!

Ok, we’ve just picked up our order five minutes ago. The wings were so disgusting, we ended up going back to the Habit to pick up burgers. We ordered the classic wings in well done. Well, it was not only not well done but soggy – the skin was soft – boiled-like texture. We used to love this place. To let you know how much, we used to come here 2x a week. However, this is the second time in a row that we received such inedible wings. It will be a very looonng while before we frequent this place again. The quality is too inconsistant.

Tried this place for the first time, it’s by the Habit Grill on sunnyside and herndon. The inside was clean and looked nice, pretty straight forward menu, and the cashier was very helpful when I had a few questions so that’s a plus! I got a half and half combo with mango habanero and the original hot boneless wings. It came with fries, drink, and your choice of a dipping sauce. I live right down the street from here so my food wasn’t sitting long. The fries were very soggy and obviously old kinda had a weird taste I didn’t end up eating them. And my wings were a little soggy as well but i understand wings can do that pretty fast. Overall, it could have been better but I will try it again or maybe specify to please have my order crispy.

I’ve noticed this location is either a hit or a miss for me every time I go. For my last visit I got juicy big boneless wings(exactly how they should be) but the time before that I received little quarter sized nuggets with barely any meat on them. Wish they were more consistent.

Very disappointed with the food during my first visit to this location. I have now visited all the locations in Fresno and have been disappointed by all. The staff was friendly and studious but when it came to the wings — total fail. I ordered lemon pepper wings and garlic parmisan. The lemon pepper was faintly seasoned and the garlic parmisan was missing all together. Basically the wings were naked. Not coming back to this or any other wingstop locations in the Fresno/Clovis area

Just gross. Every boneless wing I had regardless of sauce choice tasted like freezer. There was no effort put into the wings, like it was just«eh it’ll fill them up» attitude. This location was clean, but smelled weird. The staff was okay, not rude… maybe she was having a bad day or so but she could’ve smiled. Will I return? Um no, but sadly I had to try it to make that realization. :(

My boyfriend and I probably order wings from here almost once a week… Chicken wings take approx 14 minutes to cook so I always call in my order when I’m leaving work. They always wait till I arrive to toss the wings in the sauces we choose for ultimate freshness which we love! My boyfriend enjoys the garlic Parmesan wings and I can’t get enough of the Cajun wings! The staff is very friendly and Anthony always makes sure our order is correct. We tend to usually order later in the evenings and when j pick the food up, the restaurant is always very clean. If we arrive early, we enjoy a cold beer at the table while we wait.

So we usually like this place but knew something was up when I called and was put on hold for 3 minutes. We were already in the area and stopped by. The man who was helping us, Anthony, was on a personal phone call for 5 minutes. He didn’t take an order and wasn’t talking about wings or fries and never wrote down an order. He finally hung up the phone and took our order. It’s a Monday so they run the $ 0.60 boneless special. He charged us for a 5 wing add-on to our combo which was an additional $ 3.69. We didn’t ask for this. We had asked for 5 wings and I pointed to the special when we ordered. We should have been charged $ 3.00, not $ 3.69. I told the BF it was wrong and he went to talk to Anthony, to which he said, «well she didn’t tell me. She needs to tell me. That’s not what she said.» I stood up and walked over and Anthony said, «so what do you want then? Your $ 0.69 back?» We replied yes, and he looked really disgusted. He ended up giving us $ 0.64 back. Really disappointed in this place because we defended him against the bad reviews. He ended up apologizing and throwing in a few wings. Bad days get us all but we’ve gotta keep it to ourselves. Especially in a customer service driven business.

So stopped by last night for a snack considering it was sixty cent boneless wings. We ordered 10 each I ordered the garlic parm and original hot. Elsie got bbq and teriyaki, and we also got a order of fries. It was close to closing time we were told about 15 minutes so we waited. After a short wait out order was up all correct and freshly fried! We get home open up so far so good, then… The TERIYAKI… #eww it smelt like fried salt and tasted like fried eggs. I’m sorry but that’s nasty! It’s getting worse and worse with this location!
