Again it’s fast food. Still enjoy the burgers and chicken. I like to come here because it’s one of the fue places that still has a kidd play area. This one happens to be outdoors so it’s nice for the kids to have a shady spot to play when the weather is nice. Since it is outdoors and a large structure expect the kids to have diets hands after playing. The kiddos I nanny for are 4 and 2 ½ and it’s at time easier to bring em here than a apart so I can study and I know they art gonna run off with a stranger plus er are super close to a working bathroom and free ice water :] it also happens to be across from the hubs work so win win!

Came into this store for a quick bite to eat. Not only was the food amazing but Diana came to our table and asked how everything was tasting. This is not only the cleanest but the friendliest location I have seen.

This place is decrepit and disgusting. If you like your burger served cold with slimy lettuce that probably had listeria all over it, then please come to this location!!! Also if you prefer to wrestle your burger to stay on the bun like it was a damn slip and slide, please order the famous star with raw onions and a side of lukewarm fries with ant-​ridden syrupy soda. I’m really surprised I didn’t ralph last night after eating it. Must’ve been all the booze I consumed that killed all the germs. Yuck

I agree with other review that they are always getting order WRONG and for the arm n leg they charge it should be Right n AMAZING but I ALWAYS get soggy lettuce. N don’t ever go late at night close to closing because they will make sure u realize they are trying to close by cleaning and blocking off areas, the rudest I believe is a tall man by name I believe Fernando

Absolutely the WORST Carl’s Junior in the Fresno/​Clovis area! Horrible customer service, long wait times in the drive thru, EVERY time I get my food something is wrong and they act like they don’t give a crap! Don’t go to this location!!!

In spite of their sexist commercials which I don’t appreciate (I almost accidentally ordered a jalapeño hooker burger because of the ad) The food is good and customer service is good.

The soda dispenser and counter was covered in other live and dead ants. Gross. If this is what the food area looks like, I would hate to see the conditions in the kitchen.

This location has horrible service. Waited 20 mins one day going through the drive through. Today waited 30 mins for my food. I was dining in and saw multiple people get their order before mine. All of these people came in AFTER I had ordered.

What can I say about the $ 6 Philly burger but tasty. What made the dinner so pleasant was the cashier he was very accommodating and cheerful. With the meal came a free ice cream sandwich and immediately said I will bring your meals to you all and when you are finished with your burgers I will then bring out your ice cream sandwiches so they don’t melt while you are eating your burgers. I would go back just to see him again because he was to up beat and thoughtful. Well done, sorry I did not pick up his name but trust me you will know who he is.

Poor customer service food is good but the customer service leave some lot to be desired. I’m a pretty patient man but I’m probably not going to be back, once I can forgive but three times is my limit

TERRIBLY slow drive through experience yesterday for late morning breakfast. We weren’t ordering for a soccer team. just one little combo and an extra drink.
Luckily, we were the first in line when we ordered. I felt bad for the parade of cars behind us when we finally received our order.
Save yourself the headache and idling gas money and skip this drive through location if at all possible.

Patronized this business for lunch today. Language was a barrier. The MANAGER had a very large accent and was not only hard to understand but was hard to communicate to as well. I don’t think it was a language problem though when I asked for my burger to be made fresh. Managers reply was «oh yes, always fresh». 1 minuto later my burg was wrapped and being placed in a bag. I had to explain to her what fresh was. No microwaves please.
The end result: food was good & made correctly, but with some communication problems.
