McDonald’s

Super slow! Was in the drive through for over 20 minutes. Never been to a McDonalds with such slow service.

I literally waited 6 minutes to get a straw for my drink after already receiving my food at the drive thru window. Poorly designed parking, drive thru, entrance, and exit. Cars are unable to back out of their parking spaces due to drive thru lines. Constant traffic snarls. So not worth it.

the staff always acts so miserable, they seem to have a hard time getting simple orders correct. i choose to stay away from here.

Food was fresh and the service was great. After our food was brought to us we were asked if there was anything else we needed. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked too!

If this McDonald’s answered their phone they could have avoided this review altogether. I tried calling the number numerous times but no one answered.
I ordered a couple burgers without pickle for my family through the drive thru and even confirmed there were none before heading home. Although the burgers did not have pickles on them, they were soaked in pickle juice, the very taste we were trying to avoid. Someone must have taken them off after they were incorrectly placed on the burgers. Not good.

I went on the drive through and ordered a Big Mac add tomatoes and extra sauce. YES ! You have got to try one of these. the best burger ever. My invention I think. Thanks Mc Donalds.

I was told by the crew member who was serving that I should wait extra few minutes for the order to be ready… She was unprofessional. The service isn’t as expected

Just went to the drive thru where the service was horrible. Manager want me to move to a special waiting spot. When I asked people
Why cooking burger! I didn’t order any burgers! After I said it was a happy meal with nuggets she pushes it out the window.
There was only 4 nuggets instead of six, cold and hard. Plus there was no toy. I didn’t know about this until I got home. When I called manager said there wasn’t nothing she could do. Worst service at this McDonalds!

This is THE WORST McDonalds in Fresno/​clovis. Ice cream machine is always down. You have to wait at the counter while the employees finish their personal conversations to ask for ketchup. They never clean off their tables. if this place didnt have a play place I don’t think they’d still be open.

This is probably my favorite McDonald’s to go to in the Clovis/​Fresno area. Pretty good food and the Coca-​Cola machine always makes Coke that tastes great.

Worst mcdonalds. They are the slowest FAST food place I have ever been to, they always give nasty old tasting fries that aren’t even hot half the time. No one here even cares that there service sucks. I absolutely hate this mcdonalds

Apparently, if it were not for the super cheap chicken mystery pieces, and the indoor play place, I would never come here. It is a bit frustrating that there are no sanitary wipes… EVER in the play area. (See photo)

The employees here are to stupid to insult. For example two weeks ago on Sunday I went to get some food for my family and my son likes the chicken patty sandwich no lettuce and easy mayo so I asked for exactly that, and after a while you kind of know they are gonna mess this stuff up so I check with the drive thru lady watching and there is lettuce a ton of mayo and no chicken patty then they give me a «new» one but it’s the exact same sandwich the gave me the fist time. My family and I will probably never eat here again

You’ve all heard the saying: «Fool me once, shame on you… fool me twice, shame on me» right?
Well this time, it is shame on me. I swore I’d never go here again, but it’s been over a year, and I thought I’d give this place another try. Unlike the last time, when I suffered gelatinous fleshy pink (uncooked) chicken nuggets when the drive-​through line was ridiculous (and I figured the under-​cooked food was due to the rush), I was the only person in line shortly after 6:00am.
This time, I ordered a breakfast combo for my spouse and a breakfast burrito for myself. After I drove away, I bit into the burrito, and it was ICE COLD in the center. Come on – this is no monster burrito. The thing is thinner than a banana. How hard is it to nuke the burrito for thirty seconds more to make sure it is fully heated? I mean, I had to wait a minute for them to finish frying the hash brown. That would have been plenty of time to properly de-​ice the tiny value menu burrito.
There’s no excuse for not heating food to the proper temperature. In fact, most food service companies require their employees to sit through long, boring classes or videos that teach the dangers of serving foods that have sat out of refrigeration for too long, or have not been sufficiently heated (or cooked) to the proper temperature. I am confident McDonalds is no exception. Thus, either the employees are skipping steps and rushing through the food prep process, or management doesn’t properly train/​oversee the food service team at this location.
Service today was with a smile, but due to my repeated hazardous experience of eating under-​cooked food at this location, I will definitely be a fool to go back.
Sad.

This should be a «Drive Through» only, and get the Filet-​O-​Fish, and a Diet Coke.

Dirty
Food was just like every other Wack Arnold’s but this was exceptionally disturbing because it was dirty. The playland was filled with adults and children in bare feet. Not just sitting at the playland, actually inside the playland. I have a hard time blaming the employees because 25 year olds should know better (although the staggering amount of bad homemade tattoos suggests they aren’t the greatest decision makers) and the rules are clearly posted. I wonder exactly how much pink eye is transmitted annually from this place.

This McDonald’s is great. Of course you can always get your late night fix here with their awesome dollar menu and their drive-​thru is open ²⁴⁄₇.
Me and my friend are always stopping by here (not so much anymore since he’s away at school). But we would get 20 McNuggets for $ 5 and a medium caramel/​mocha McCafe for about $ 3 each.
You can also get the 20 McNugget meal with two medium fries and two medium sodas for $ 10, which isn’t a bad deal.
When I’m by myself I’ll just get the McChicken or McDouble for $ 1 and come home and grab a drink from here.
Like I said, I always come back to this place.

This is the McDonald’s I go to the most, mostly because it’s 24 hours and they do shit right here.
Anyway, I’m not the biggest fan of McDonald’s, UNLESS it happens to be before 10:30 in the morning. Then, I absolutely, positively have GOT to have myself a goddamn sausage and egg McMuffin with cheese. 2 for $ 3 is a steal. Holy shit, I wish McDonald’s would serve breakfast all day already…
Filet-​o-​Fish is my regular menu favorite thing here… I wish they’d make those 2 for $ 3 or something, too.
Oh yeah– screw you guys for turning the «Double Cheeseburger» into the «McDouble.» That is all.
