Love love this place it is probably the best sub shop in the area!!! It’s unbelievable how fast they are! Great service thank you.

You can’t beat a delivery in five minutes. Pretty impressed. The sandwiches I’ve ordered have been consistently good. I will continue to order delivery!

Sandwiches are not worth the money… at all. Probably one of the worst I’ve eaten in awhile. Customer service was good. I will not return.

Great sandwiches and employees. This place is freaky fast and food is deeeelicious. I try something new every time I go there and I’m never disappointed. Keep up the good job.

Have been a loyal customer of Jimmy John’s for well over a year. Always loved them until today when their store manager Devon, refused a delivery slightly outside their range. I understand they have to avoid sending employees too far but given my history as a regular customer I hoped they could make an exception and go a small distance outside their typical range in order to keep their regular customer happy. This was apparently beyond their capability and thus the sole reason I will never spend a dime with them again. Congratulations Devon here is your first lesson in business; uphold your brand and put your customers first. Today you failed to do both and now have a social media post to explain to your superiors. Job well done guys.

Their delivery is super quick almost everytime I order from them but they have messed up my order sometimes so that’s why I’m giving them a 3 star. I love sandwiches so it’s super convenient when I want one but the options to add to the sandwiches are very limited.

Just had the worst deli sandwich ever! I will never do business with JJ again! If you want a good Lettuce sandwich than go to JJ!

I think they are great. Bread is always fresh, they are fast at making the sandwiches, and they are friendly. The delivery is ridiculously fast. I only ordered for delivery once, but they got it to my house in under 15 minutes. I definitely recommend.

I give it 3.5 stars. The sandwiches are big, and they’ve handed me my sandwich before as I was walking around the side of the register – yes, they’re THAT fast.
The décor is a lot of funny sayings on the walls and tabletops, and slightly industrial with a red ceiling, gray floors, and brown chairs and booths. Bar tables are available, too.
Today I got the #5 Vito, an Italian sandwich, lettuce-​wrapped. Lots of lettuce, wrapped tight, not too much vinegarette. Meat and cheese were good, but hard to taste through the leaves; tomato was fresh, too. I usually get a #12 Beach Club add bacon or a #16 Lulu add avocado – they end up being the same turkey-​bacon-​avocado sandwich I enjoy so much. Bacon is usually crisp, and avocado spread is thinly added.

So right when you walk into Jimmy Johns, the big overhead menu says «We make your sandwich with double the meat of everyone else». Wow! Impressive… not!
My sandwich did not have even close to double anything… except maybe lettuce. It was supposed to have guacamole… but I couldn’t see any. So when I asked the counter person if maybe they forgot to add it. She said «Oh is not really guacamole, but a sauce we squirt on the bottom of the sandwich. Its in there». Another rip off. I won’t be going back.

I really like this place, the sandwiches are made very fast and they’re consistently good. I just wish we had one in Madera.

I used to love Jimmy Johns but they’ve gotten pretty chintzy on the meat & other fillings. Sandwiches used to be packed but that’s no longer the case. I preferred sprouts but I guess to cut back on cost they don’t put it on some sandwiches that say they come with them & instead use iceberg lettuce.
Very disappointed in the quality you get now but at least the bread hasn’t been changed.

I ordered a club lulu today for lunch. The staff was very friendly, tons of employees working the lunch hour. Service was very quick, the sandwich was great, Jimmy Johns bread is the best.
The seating area is kinda small and limited, there were no tables open, but it was busy. I took mine to go, and the best part is they are really fast and will have it done in a few minutes. The quickest sandwich shop I’ve been to.

As expected extremely fast service, kind and courteous staff with a very inviting environment.

I went there today and ordered a Turkey Tom Sandwich with all the veggies and no mayo. what I received was bread with 2 slices of turkey and lettuce!!! It was absolutely horrible and disappointing. Of course I got it to go so didn’t see this abomination until afterward but I will NEVER go to this establishment again!!! $ 7.00 for this piece of crap! Don’t waste your money people!

This was my favorite sandwich place prior to what I saw today. An employee walked through the food service area with all the bathroom cleaning supplies, cleans the bathrooms then walks back through the food service area where all the sandwiches are being made with a dripping dirty toilet brush. Never seen anything so unsanitary in my life, at least not in America. Hey Jimmy John’s maybe you don’t have a problem with E. coli but the rest of us do!

I may as well have picked up sandwich at Safeway! Now that I think of it, it would have been better!

Hands down. .. I love the Gargantuan with hot peppers. And it’s true — they’re freakishly fast.
But the other part is that they’re also freakishly rude and unwelcoming. I wonder if their boss yells at them.
I think this place could offer a better drink selection.
With that said it still doesn’t affect my opinion that the Gargantuan is da bomb.

Yummy sandwiches! I usually get the #4 Turkey Tom or #12 Beach Club, which is described as «Fresh baked turkey breast, provolone cheese, avocado spread, sliced cucumber, lettuce, tomato, and mayo! (It’s the real deal, and it ain’t even California.)» I am always confused by that last sentence about California.
Service ranges from polite to very friendly, which is in the area of «great service» in Miran’s Unilocal book.
