In-N-Out Burger

Man, this place is always crowded, and I can clearly see why! In-​N-​Out is and always has been my favorite go-​to burger place. The place is always clean, and the workers are very cordial. I love how the menu is kept short and simple, unlike some other burger chains with their plethora of new and seasonal items that never last long before something else replaces them. Plus, the food is cheap; you can’t go wrong with a quality $ 3 burger. I usually order a cheeseburger, fries, and occasionally a shake. Will definitely keep coming here, no doubt about it!

This is the best In N Out in Fresno County! Best cheeseburgers with grilled onions, and excellent animal fries!

After traveling I love running through this place, ordered a Double Double with cheese fries and a Coke, always good and quick. (The cheese on the fries cool quickly) I never order my burger with grilled onions, these things are moist enough. Enjoy

What kind of psychopath doesn’t give this place 5 stars? Great location and typical in/​out goodness. Yum.
The drive thru is often backed up, but it’s amazing how fast they kick out the food.

This night burger was well made, but the burgers were a Lil salty. Fries were cold not even warm. Smh. I dunno if it ws because the long drive thru line that made us wait so long but we ordered ahead with one there walk up team members or careless workers.

I decided to change my review because they are so dog-​gone slow!!! I honestly don’t understand all of the reviews that talk about how fast their service is because they’re not! I get a half hour for dinner. They take your order right away, but by the time I get my food, I don’t have time to eat it!!! It is ALWAYS this way; I’ve been trying for 8 years!!! And they don’t take phone orders so that I can just come in and pick up my food. Come on man!!! SPEED IT UP!!! Dang!!! I LOVE your food, but I had to stop trying if I have any time constraints! Goodness gracious! Can I express my frustration in any other way short of cursing?!

I don’t usually use the drive-​thru, so I can’t complain about the line there, or the cold food. I typically go inside, and the wait can be a little long on busy nights, but the food is still fresh and tastes great. This particular location has almost always been a great experience. There was one time when on the way out the door, someone coming in swung the door too hard and knocked the shake out of my friend’s hand and it spilled all over right outside. The kid at the counter would’t give her a new shake and basically made her clean it up by herself. That is the only major negative experience I’ve had at this location. It could have been a bad night for that kid, or someone who doesn’t work there anymore, so for that reason, they still get my overall vote of confidence.

This is a great In N Out location. They have great burgers and awesome service.
I have had one problem at this location and it was promptly addressed after I spoke to someone about the issue that occurred. Other than that, if they ever mess up my order they apologize and fix it in a timely manner.
The workers always have a smile on their face and are welcoming. The restaurant itself is usually clean. Some times it’s super packed and people don’t give the workers enough time to wipe down tables so that’s understandable.

I love the fries here… Not so cray cray about the shakes though. I’m not vegan totally… but I have limited my meat to very little. This place, being the exception. I absolutely like their burgers here! I go «Animal Style» and get raw onions. Yeah, I said raw baby. Just make sure your partner gets them raw too so you’ll be able to sit next to each other at the movie theater.
The price is right and forget about Mickey D’s, this is the place to get a burger instead. Just wish they’d use real ice cream and milk in their shakes. The shakes are bland and taste like they come out of a carton, if you know what I mean. The fries are the real stars IMO, fresh made and real. Eat them before your partner does (He always claims to be dieting… but…) because they won’t order them, then asks you if they can have a few and ends up eating like all of them. Don’t worry, INOB gives you plenty of fries for two. He he he!
Try googling INOB hacks and they’ll tell you all the «secret» ways to order their burgers. I just like them «Animal Style-​all the way, with raw onions». That’s my go-​to burger of choice. And You’re Welcome!

I have been eating at In-​N-​Out for almost 30 years, and the food is always fresh and tasty. I love the fact that you can see them prepare your food… for sanitary purposes.
I went through the drive thru, in which the wait was about three minutes… pretty good considering that there must have been about 8 cars ahead of me. Arleth was at the first window, read my order back with much efficiency, and was extremely chipper. At the second window, while waiting for my order, a caucasian kid was on his phone. He was not even trying to be discreet about it. I guess you are allowed to use your phones while working now. lol
I ordered a Double Double Animal style, a fry Animal Style, two burgers, two fries, and my Protein style burger (which has the buns replaced with lettuce).
Overall, I had a nice visit and will still continue to be a loyal customer.

Still five stars for Classic In-​N-​Out food (when fries are well-​done), but today at the drive-​through they had me pull up to the front because they have my order to someone else; once they remade it, they brought it out six minutes later. Sigh. The good thing: 80−90% of the time, a long drive-​through line goes quickly with a worker walking down the line with an iPad. And this time, they got the fry animal well right.

We were very impressed with the service here! The food was delicious, but the main attraction was Danny. He was SO NICE. Our order is pretty complicated but he didn’t let it faze him! Something about Danny’s… Have you SEEN Pearl Harbor?
Anyway, come to this location just for Danny. He’s so nice.

Almost find it unnecessary to write a review on a chain… but what the hell. Drove in and immediately was «Oh crap I’m stuck in the drive-​thru with 12 cars ahead of me and 4 behind… no going back now!
Line moved super fast, in less than 10 mins I Was at the window picking up my eats. Just a single CB and some fries… super cheap $ 4.50 or so. Why do fast food joints put the napkins on top of the fries? just renders them useless. Burger was tasty, the veggies fresh… crispy lettuce and nice thick slice of tomato, so far so good.
Things happen… Bun was cold as a Eskimo pie and the fries were well on the way to the world of limp and cold. If these two items were addressed this would be for the price a 4 star drive thru. Will I be back… sure it’s worth another shot maybe not at peak lunch hours though.

We had 2 cars front of us but both car took about 7 to 8 min total of 15 min wait time just to third single order we had to 10 min to get 4 fries it was that slow I can’t imagine and cashier did not even apologize about it never coming back to this location !

I originally rated this place three stars but have been back and never been disappointed again! I rarely eat burgers but if i do. It’s probably from this place !!!

Good location in Clovis. If you want it good and simple, this is the place. My only dislike are the taste deficient fries. I guess my taste buds have been jacked by fries from Doghouse Grill, Habit Burger, and Red Robins.

A good In N Out but the place could definitely use improvement.
I ordered at the drive thru, a 3×3 2 animal style fries (try them they’re great), and a double double.
The cashier completely missed our double double order, but had a nice attitude and was quick. Had to repeat myself a few times.
DeJohn, at the pickup window though was very good and offered to make the missed double double on the spot. Thought that was very nice of him to go above and beyond.
The food — Delicious, try the animal style. Just do it, thank me later!
Though I did get a little sick.
Drive thru time — y’all are champs! Couldn’t even make a quick phone call from order to window. Any other In N Out in Fresno I could camp in the drive thru, movies and all
Price — pretty priceless for the quality.

Usually In and Out is above and beyond what other fast food restaurants tend to be. But this site has been on the decline recently.
I’ve visited this In and Out four different times in the past two months, and they’ve messed up my order the past three; the last of which was this Friday and gave me food poisoning.
I typically use the drive-​thru for convenience, but maybe this is my problem. One of the past three times I ordered two cheese burgers and a regular fri. After waiting 15 minutes in line, what I received was a double-​double with fries. Needless to say I had to go back through the drive through to wait another 10 minutes for my food.
Flash forward to this past Friday where I woke up with my kidneys on fire, as if Mike Tyson had punched both of them during my sleep. I’ve now spent the last two days bed ridden and unable to keep much of anything down, including water.
Needless to say, next time I want to waste 25 minutes of my life or spend the next 48 hours unable to plug up either of my main orifices, I’ll visit this place.

This place is highly raved about by people all over the world, so ofc I have to try it out and see what it’s all about! I have to admit, it’s pretty darn good. Yeah it looks like your generic burger that you can find anywhere but I don’t know– it just tastes so much more delicious?! I usually order the hamburger with onion, along with a side of animal fries. The onion is a HUGE thumbs up to me– it feels wrong to eat the burger without onion! I find it so cute that you can see your food being made even when you’ve taken the drive-​in. Being from Australia, I’ve never seen a place that has a drive-​in where you can see your food being made. The service is great, employees are VERY thorough with your order and always have a smile on their face– something I do not see in Aus but always see in America (no matter where I go).
Thank you for such beautiful burgers, I don’t know what you guys do to it but hell, it’s definitely one of my favs.

After reading reviews prior to trying this yet again I thought I was going to have a good experinece, but yet again I am dissapointed. The burger is really nothing to brag about. This review might seem harsh for a fast food, but thats because I was mislead to believe that this was the best burger in town, yet that is far from true.
The buns were stone cold and dry when I ate it; and i did not even wait that long to eat it was just like 5 minutes by the most after purchasing. The meat was too thin and very dry in texture and taste, and had nothing special in terms of flavor or variation from other fast food joints.
The fries was soggy and cold, and really does not taste like what other reviewers say it to be.
I honestly am puzzled that this place got called the best burgers and etc, what are these people tasting that I am not, and yes I am aware of the secret menu, which literally is thousand island on a dry burger and cold fries.
In conclusion the food really sucks and the décor as well sucks, looks like some corny burger joint from the 80’s.
In all I won’t be back and I have no idea why «in and out» is something most Californians talk about, as a fast food joint it’s not even that good. I was clearly IN and now I’m absolutely OUT and there would never be a point of return for me after this visit.
For a burger place, not only it’s not the best I don’t think it can even be considered fair. Also, the milk shake was too sweet, like you just filled the whole cup with sugar kind of sweet, and honestly causing me to have a toothache from all that sugar, I probably am diabetic after this experience.
