Burger King

Tried the grilled hot dogs. Lukewarm, no grill flavor, drowned in catsup and relish. Fries fresh, tacos good. Dogs an epic fail to me

This Burger King is so annoying, they frequently get orders wrong. Ordered a whopper with cheese and double whopper, got a whopper with no cheese and a single whopper. We used the drive thru so didn’t find out until we got home. Frustrating!

I’ve always come here and I used to work here as my first job.
As I was just ordering I was watching the manager, Jack, handle money right in front of me with his gloves on. He then proceeded to walk over to the food and start packaging everybody’s fries with the same gloves on. I quickly told him to change his gloves and they all looked at me like I was crazy. I don’t know about you, but I’m not down to eat food that has been touched by dollar bills that was probably used in 1,000 strip clubs and used to snort lines of drugs.
I will be calling somebody at corporate and also calling OSHA because not only was this disgusting and completely against every OSHA regulation, it was the MANAGER who did this.

My brother and I had a late night craving for some fries. And after seeing repeat after repeat commercials of the «Buffalo Chicken fries» we decided we’d go try some. We got to the drive thru and ordered two original fries and one of the Buffalo fries. The lady behind the drive thru window told us to kindly wait outside as she prepared them fresh. How sweet! Hardly anyone says that these days, or maybe I’m not used to hearing it at a fast food place, but definitely made my night. Plus when she brought out our order, she gave every flavor of sauce (because we asked for them). :) Thanks for that! However when we got home and actually ate the fries, they both tasted exactly the same! There was no difference between the original or the Buffalo flavor! Except for a little pepper in the mix, but not real Buffalo flavor. And I was really looking forward to them because I was really hungry and wanted something with a kick. And the location itself can’t do anything about it because they delivered on service! Seriously, way better than other locations I’ve been to. And franchises go by their set recipes, so can’t do anything about that. However, I suggest that Burger King rethink the name Buffalo and stick to Peppery fries instead, just sayin’.

They definitely have their «A-​team» and their «not-​so-​A-​team.» Since this BK is nearest to our house, it’s the one we go to the most often, and I have noticed that they run a tighter ship on the weekends. Every time they HAVE screwed up our order is during the week in the evenings. Today though, I realized that on the weekends, our order is always correct, fresh and relatively quick. Based on today’s visit, things would be a 4 or 5 star visit, but I have to downgrade them to a 3 star simply based on a few other disappointing times.
As for food quality, it’s fast food… not much to say (except that the Whopper IS one of my favorite fast food items). Another thing I can say about the food quality is that even though they’ve messed up and forgotten items on our order before, the food is always hot and fresh. I’ve never had stale fries at this location. Also, the weekend «A-​team» members are always very friendly. The surly teenagers working during the early week — not so much.
Overall, not a terrible BK, but you’ll probably have better luck on the weekends.

Make sure you check your food before you leave.

There’s almost always a short line and my order is always right. Chicken fries have become a delicious habit as well.

I like this location. Never had an issue and they seem to hire the right employees. The people that work here are the nicest bunch i have met and they are the reason I keep going back.

Excellent service. Food was great for the price, since they are competing with in and out burgers!

The best part of this Burger King is there’s and In & Out directly across the street and always jammed packed and I can walk right into Burger King and get my order in less than 2 minutes.
IMHO this is much better tasting than In & Out anyways.
I ordered a Double Whooper with no cheese (I watch the calories lol) and medium fries and I was full for hours.
Go stand in line at In & Out, I’ll be at Burger King.

I rarely eat Burger King. Can’t recall the last time I had it. I decided to give it a shot & order from them. They didn’t do a good job in convincing me to ever go back again. They call that large fries? The burger was messy as well. It’s a mess. I shook my head while eating in disbelief that I spent money for this. I would rather make my own than go to BK ever again!

I came here the other day to do a take out for lunch before I went home after a nice drive. Got #1 meal, which was the Whopper meal (no cheese) in med size. As I ate, this Burger King reminded me of the old days when I was attending at a nearby high school. I was a Junior at the time and I had some friends who were Seniors. The rule was that only Seniors were allowed to leave campus for lunch. Anyways, the day we had music class we had a substitute teacher so I actually left with the 2 seniors 10 mins early and I hid in their backseat and off we went.
